Great location opposite the train station, easy to find, comfy bed, clean and large room, good bathroom. Not too noisy, despite the central location. Xativa is a lovely historic town and I was there on a Sunday so I was able to get the shuttle bus up to the beautiful castle. Great place for a 1 night stay.
A bit too much emphasis on house rules, which are how I would expect any guest to behave anyway.

Wonderful location, staff very attentive and welcoming. Good communication. Tastefully decorated, modern, incredibly clean and very comfortable rooms. Located above a cafe/bar below which was very popular, although not noisy at night, as it was closed during the evening when we were there. Great location for getting out and about. Parking was in the car park opposite, near to station, payment efficiently organised with the hotel. I would certainly recommend and would return if we were back in fabulous Xátiva!
Perhaps a hairdryer. Otherwise no complaints :)

Excellent location, charming staff, spotlessly clean, firm but comfortable bed, lovely pillows, and really good quality linen and towels.
There was a room scent defuser in the bathroom that was a bit sickly sweet.

David was waiting for us at the hotel, and supplied us with lots of information to enjoy Xativa, a town he clearly loves! The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The location close to the train station was ideal for us. We enjoyed exploring the old town.

Situated next to the train station. Most of the central shopping streets are next to you. Supermarket in located in 2-3 minutes from the hotel. The room was clean and you have all you need. Easy contact with the host. Easy check in and check out.

Amazingly clean, the bathroom especially was notably spotless! Like brand new. Crisp sheets and nice layout. Spacious light and airy room with clever wardrobe solutions and pleasant ambient lighting. David was incredibly friendly and helpful. Complete bargain, felt like an amazing getaway and Xativa was a lovely place for a break. Can’t fault it.
