Very kind staff, funny coincidence that we had a Dutch waiter! They were very understanding about our situation (we got stuck because of our car being broken). They were so sweet for the doggies with dog beds and bowls. The food was amazing! Everything was very clean and the rituals products were very pleasant and smell so nice! This place is definitely worthy of 5 stars :)

I can’t come up with something, the only issue is with booking.com not communicating that there are extra costs because of us having to pick/get a dog room. If there was an option this would be better because then we could book a dog room right away and wouldn’t be surprised by the 300kr + extra costs for a doggie room

The breakfast was fantastic - a great selection and variety. The vegetarian/vegan/gluten free selection was particularly appreciated.

My only complaint could be that we were unsure if we were allowed to sit/order food/drink in the bar/breakfast area, and between which times. A small complaint! But a leaflet or some signage explaining which services are available and at what times would be wonderful.

No parking places available under the control of the hotel. Only public parking is available. During business hours it is tricky to find a parking slot. An agreement with a car park would be an advantage for the guest with cars. This would avoid the hassle with parking permits and tickets from the parking securities.

The breakfast was really good, great variety of options, both vegan and gluten free options. The food was amazing. Our room was very cozy and the staff was very welcoming, kind and service minded. Calm atmosphere during the day and a dj on saturdays in the Lobbybar. We have already talked about going back, especially for the breakfast. We loved it here.

Could be more vegan options and a fridge in the room.

The room was big, modern, clean and it had everything you need. The bathroom as well. I love Rituals shampoo, cream etc. Excellent breakfast! Good quality and great variety of things to eat.

Air TV doesn't work well, the signal crashes every 5 seconds. Impossible to watch. It was a little bit too warm in the room, nice when you arrive to the room but not nice to sleep.

Delicious breakfast, nice room and beautiful building. The best was the staff, always happy to help. We got a place to store our bikes during the night and a kettle in the room to drink our evening tea. Great service!

Hässleholm is not a super charming city, but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault…

Absolutely lovely hotel, very modern with probably one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever enjoyed. Huge choice of both hot and cold food and in a very nice dining room as well. An extra benefit was to have The Bishop's Arms pub/restaurant right next door, as we arrived on a late Sunday afternoon and a great many restaurants in the area are closed on Sundays and we were not in the mood for kebabs or pizza. They also paid a lot of attention to the ongoing problems with Covid-19. Lots of space to move freely, notices as well about keeping distance, especially in the lifts, and very visible, numerous and well-marked bottles of hand disinfectant. We will definitely come back again.

The nearest parking structure was a block away, although it was an off the street parking with good security, so this is a very small thing really. It was not hotel parking either, but at a cost of about 110 kr for 16 hours of parking, it is really a minimal cost.

Everything was great but I had booked a room for myself and my 9yo and the room we were giving was right above a loud pub which was far from ideal and something the staff should have been able to avoid. We didn't mention it as we discovered it late in the evening and as such they weren't given a chance to correct the error, which I am sure they otherwise would. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The surrounding areas weren't that interesting, we did find a small skate park close by though.

Don't put families with kids above the Bishops Arms :)

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We did use the 24 h reception as one of us two arrived in the early morning and it was no problem to leave a second keycard at the reception. Check out time is late enough to sleep a little after arriving late/early with a train.

Everything was great about this hotel, highly recommended! But especially location, furniture, value and breakfast.

No complaints, except perhaps that there was no way of changing room temperature, or at least I couldn't find it. Although, I don't think this has worked in any hotel where I've been to, so it's not really a minus.
