V Hotel Helsingborg; BW Premier Collection

This place really is a hidden gem, I feel many people may try to go outside of the city or choose a cheaper option but for the cost of this hotel which is incredibly reasonable, you get superb quality and amenities, a location smack bang in the middle of town close to all the points of interest and down the street from some of the best restaurants helsingborg has to offer! Speaking of which their own restaurant is also incredible and offered a really cozy, eclectic enviroment. The staff were lovely and really helpful, we really enjoyed their presence within the building too and felt so looked after from start to finish. Also a special mention, One of the best breakfast buffets I've encountered so far in Sweden. Heaps of options, loads of choice for those with dietary requirements too. Genuinely was excited each morning to go down to such an incredible spread!

Had a little trouble with the Apple TV connection but we all know how tricky they make everything these days! Still was able to connect and watch my own media so all was well in the end

We loved the location in the middle of resp. close to the old down-town. Walking distance to main places of interest and pedestrian shopping street. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices and regular replenishing of the food and drinks. We certainly appreciated the availability of on-site parking, though at a charge. The room had all the amenities we required, including in-room bathroom and shower, good WiFi, and an airconditioner which may be nice in summertime.

Our room was somewhat small but we were notified in advance hereof but we still took the room view the good price. And we just stayed for one night, with only one roll-on suitcase for the two of us and while being slim, we didn't mind the small room. But other rooms next to us had a lot more space than ours, so go for it. It can be crowded around the self-service breakfast buffet, but if you come early (before the pensioners, like us, come out, you will be fine).

Nice hotel in a good location. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good, with a good selection of non-dairy milks and yoghurts. I had a tiny balcony off my room, although the view was of the car park.

I booked a "small double" and it truly was small. I'm glad there was just me and I wasn't sharing with anyone because there was almost no space to move around in the room. I had to squeeze past the bed to get to the balcony - I don't know where a second person would have fit!!

AC was good. Beds comfortable. Nice area. Not too noisy. Liked that the windows opened. Good blinds and curtains. Good shower.

Cleaning could have been just a bit better (found old earplugs and some dust bunnies under the bed). A daily restock of bathroom amenities would have been nice for a multi night stay. No minibar. Nothing too bad, being a bit nitpicky here. Oh, zero flexibility with extending checkout by one hour was a bit disappointing as well.

I work as a tour guide so I've seen my share of hotels, but this one really stands out. And it stands out for many things. The first one is attention to the detail. The whole interior has so many neat details, figurines that make you feel like you're at home but at the same time in some modern art museum. Rooms are also gorgeous and neatly designed. There are plenty of amenities available in the room, and I need to point out that it's the first hotel that uses a wide array of Rituals Cosmetics. It kind of explains why the whole hotel has this very nice and distinct smell. Breakfast is extraordinary, featuring a whole array of foods. Bread is fresh and tastes amazing, there is a great selection of cereals, a variety of cheese, salmon, fruits. The staff is helpful and efficient. The location is good, some 10min walk from central station/ferry, in a quiet street so that there are not many noises apart from a garbage truck in the morning.

Noise isolation could be better, walls appear to be super think so you can easily hear even whispers from the corridor or room next door.

Everything was great, super clean and staff was so nice and accommodating. They were able to book taxis for us from the hotel and were always so extremely helpful. Location was perfect and we were able to walk to restaurants and bars and down by the water for great views.

The only thing was that the air conditioner was not as cool as we hoped but could be because it was unusually hot in Sweden at the time we were there.

This hotel experienced provided just what I needed. Located in the heart of Helsingborg, with an atmosphere of old charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, French dinner in the evening was good too. Amazing bathtub to recharge during the winter. Perfect price.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Some stains on the rug and furniture was dusty. But this was all ok with me because the facilities, location and price were just what I was looking for.

Cozy atmosphere all over the hotel, great room, clean. I really liked all the little details in the room, in the lobby, and in the restaurant. Big and comfy bed, everything you need is there. Rituals products in the bathroom. The location is great, close to everything.

Expected a bath in the room, but got one with a shower.

at breakfast they used to have prosecco but not anymore. staff was hiding in a back room chatting and laughing while eating their breakfast also from the buffett. no attendance whatsoever during my meal between 7:00-7:40

The decor was lovely and the bed was large and comfortable. Great central location and the staff were very friendly. Great breakfast selection of cereals, fruit, seeds, yoghurt, breads, cold meats, cheese, bacon, eggs, mini hotdogs, meatballs and all the trimmings! Good coffee.
