Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House

The hotel was as it’s supposed to be. The staff at the breakfast was very nice. Good breakfast. great location

I didn’t appreciate the remarks at the desk. I was travelling with my daughter and got displaced remarks after I confirm I wanted a twin room as initially booked. This is probably the least professional behaviour I have ever seen.

Good location, nice breakfast and home made cookies with the coffee and tea that was available all day. Nice reception staff.

Dark and small breakfast room (no windows). Windows of the bedroom could not be opened, smelly bathroom (a sewer problem?). We were warned that the room, because it was an economy room, would be noisy because of the lift mechanics, but we were not told that the room was also smelly and that the window could not be opened. The room might have been economy but was still not exactly cheap so this was not what I expected. I was happy that we only stayed one night.

This is a very nice hotel located in the centre and close to the railway situation. At first glance, it looked modest but appeared to be quite pleasant and cozy. My room was very quiet, this being a great plus. The hotel serves a rich and healthy breakfast in the cool premises while its staff does everything to make the clients feel comfortable and happy.

There was an electric kettle and tea and coffee sachets in the room. However, it was next to impossible to drink hot beverages as there were no cups, - only ceramic glasses which were difficult to hold in hands as they became unbearably hot as soon as heated water was poured into them! The only and funny drawback indeed!

Really impressed with the breakfast buffet. Although it did not have lots of pastry options, the variety, quality and taste of the food was the perfect way to start the day. Also great coffee! Quiet rooms even when the location is right in the center of Malmö The atmosphere in the common areas of the hotel is warm and cozy, yet with a very appealing modern nordic vibe

Rooms are spartan (although functional) and some day not that thoroughly cleaned; bathroom was small and the view to the alley takes away a bit of the charm of the hotel and its actual location (right in the center of Malmö life)

The hotel is very well located, right near the old centre of Malmo and amongst the bars, restaurants & shops. The rooms are good, the wi-fi was excellent as was the breakfast.

1. My room suffered from a lot of noise from the adjacent Irish pub, mainly from people drinking outside. Probably wouldn’t be a problem in the winter. Other family members had rooms on the opposite side of the building and did not have this problem. 2. Terrible smell of drains in the bathrooms, this was the same for all three rooms that our party booked. 3. Lifts were slow and insufficient in number. 4. Some of the TV channels didn’t work. Made complaint at reception, they said they would get maintenance to look at it, but not fixed 24 hours later.

Great location and facilities..loved the coffee and tea options downstairs always available. Cool decor and nice lobby with easy access to the pubs and restaurants in old town.

Once I got to the room it was a major downgrade with no air conditioning and only way to keep cool was open the window to a noisy street with the pub down below..I needed sleep and it was hard to rest until the bars closed...if there was air conditioning it wouldn't be much issue..but I needed air! A fan would have made it much better..but it was hard to sleep with the window open and all the noise.

This hotel was one of the best we've stayed in so far while traveling to other European countries. The staff was very kind and helpful, check in process lasted no longer than 3 minutes. Rooms are very nice and clean. Bathroom has floor heating which helps a lot considering it's cold outside. There's also a huge TV and they left us with some complimentary tea and coffee as well as a pot to boil water. Location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city centre where everything is. It was a bit louder considering that there's a pub right next to the hotel but other than that we've had no other problems during our stay and the city seemed quite safe. Breakfast was AMAZING! There are lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan options (although I suggest you talk to the hotel staff), pastries, smoothies, cereals, vegetables and fruits, pancakes, salami, cheese and almost everything is made by locals. And if you can speak English even a little bit you'll have no problems, everyone in Sweden can speak English!

If I have to nit-pick I would say that the room was a bit darker, there's a light in the hallway and several lamps but there isn't one light in the center of the room so considering we were in Sweden during winter time when you see the daylight around 9 am, it was quite dark before that in the room. My boyfriend says that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, I had no problem with that so I guess it's just a preference but they are a bit softer.

the location is amazing. the room was ok, breakfast great. i like in particular that the hotel is really very dog friendly. the young lady at the reception was very kind & tried to help.

did not get the room i booked: we had confirmation for two beds, but had one double bed. the bathroom is very tiny, no space to put a necessaire. window clamped badly, it was a struggle to close it again. flagpole in front of the window made sleep impossible due to the noise of the flapping. it was suggested to use earplugs.

Good location, breakfast and staff. Very helpful and considerate. Also a shout out to the true heroes: the cleaning staff. Cleanest hotel in the price range so far.

It's central so some people pre-game there. There was a room of 4 middle aged men getting very drunk throwing a small party with loud music. Considering it was a Friday and they left around 11pm it wasn't too bad. Also, upgrade the room size if possible. The smallest room in the range has everything you need but it is snug. Otherwise excellent on all other counts.

I only stayed for one night, but the staff seemed very friendly, elegant-edgy hotel lobby and I wish I could have taken advantage of the breakfast buffet more, from orange salad to a waffle station and huge cups for coffee (as I need them), it all was/looked fantastic. Also interested sectioning of the eating area, including newspapers and a picture from John Lennon shooting How I won the war, forgot to ask what that was all about. Anyway, I'm drifting - very happy to come back some day.
