Friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast buffet (with gluten free, lactose free & veggie/vegan options) Stream cast service on the tv so you can stream content from your phone. Great location, walking distance to the main interest points and a few meters only from metro station Östermalmtorg and bus/tram stops. There are also two 7/11 shops in the street below which is very handy.

Would be great to have air conditionning, although it's clear in the description that it's not installed yet so it was not a surprise.

Johann received us so enthusiastically and made us feel right at home within minutes. King Room with Balcony was exactly as pictured & described. Located on a side street, which was quiet and yet it was right in the middle of all the 5* attractions, shopping & every downtown must-see. Within walking distance to all.. They also had a very nice bar and separate restaurant where the excellent breakfast was served. We loved sitting on the balcony, a great extension to our room. All the staff we dealt with were very professional & pleasant. Johann booked our taxi to airport and lent us an umbrella for a rainy morning. We only had 2 nights. Would highly recommend for singles, couples. The best Stockholm pick. Thank you so much. Tack!!

Hate to write a negative but we had a weeks worth of luggage because of our travels, hanging or drawer storage was limited. Perfect if you only have weekend bags.

Room is really clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is exceptional. Location is in the city center there is a metro station right in front of the hotel and most of the stuff is walking distance.

On the ground floor of the hotel there is a club, so unless you are a party person you won’t be getting much sleep on Friday and weekends. Our room was on the 5th floor and we could not sleep from the music.

Nicely decorated and furnished boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed, nice cosmetics, tea/coffee in the room. Exceptionally good breakfast.

For those who are light sleepers it might be too noisy, on the weekend there was a noise from the bar heard in the room (1st floor) and also a lot of noise from the street. Might be worth asking for quiet rooms on higher floors during booking.

Location was fantastic. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the sheets were fantastic and had 4 pillows. Room had a small fridge and kettle. The shower was wonderful even though water gets all over (no shower curtain). Bathroom had a heated floor. Balcony was fine. Hotel has a bar and restaurant - both were very pretty but I wouldn’t eat at the restaurant since it was vegan. Under the hotel is a city parking garage. Probably the most expensive in the city (65 USD per night) so you have to weigh between price and convenience. WiFi was good - ~15mB download.

Room was kind of small. No free parking. Breakfast was weak.

How clean everything was and the perfume that was inundating your senses from the moment you walked it. For us it was a very sensorial experience. Rooms were quite spacious and had a good vibe. Staff was helpful and kind.

I would have liked to have a bit more shelving in the bathroom for my cosmetics 🤷😅 - nothing major, just it would have made my stay a bit better.

Great location, good breakfast buffet, Hotel bar busy and open until 1am. You reach the main sightseeing highlights within walking distance (including trai station for Arlanda Express train).

The room was nice, but very small and luggage had to be stored on the ground partially.

The location is excellent, the vibe of the hotel is wonderful, having a lively bar in the ground floor. Several restaurants are around the corner in a pedestrian street. The buffet breakfast is very good served in the Hotel Restaurant.

The standard room will be a bit small.

If you have a room to the courtyard it will be noisy on weekend evenings because of the bar on the ground floor.

the hotel is situated relatively centrally. using public transport, you can get everywhere quickly.

the room was quite small and quite hot. No proper closet (just coat hangers on a rack). it faces the backyard restaurant which smells lovely, but is really busy and loud until midnight.
