Clarion Collection Hotel Uman

Excellent stay. The hotel was at a very central location. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, I was most impressed and happy about the option for dinner at the hotel. This makes everything so much more convenient as compared to always having to go out to a restaurant, especially since the food served was good! Breakfast and dinner being included makes this great value for money as well. Highly recommended!

The rooms can get a little warm during summer days. But overall was still comfortable!

Great value for money! This hotel offers a good dinner included in the price, the guests are also welcome to have complimentary afternoon tea with waffles. Our room was very spacious and clean.

The room doors on the second floor are very squeaky. Our neighbours started walking back and forth at 6.30 in the morning, so no good sleep for us. Please put some oil on the doors :)

Very convenient location and very friendly service. It was a huge bonus to have dinner included in the evening and it was lovely to end our day with some time in the sauna.

I would have loved to have slightly more food selection at dinner, but what was offered was good. They advertised waffles in the afternoon, but it was a very simple plate of cookies instead. The price for the parking garage was a little high, though I'm thankful for the convenience.

We really enjoyed the evening dinner, even if there was only a small choice of food. But we liked the offered meal. Breakfast had been great as well. The location is very good, next to the Ümeälv and also next to the center of the village. The room offered enough space for me and my son and there even was a nice table next to the window. The wifi was very reliable and the bathroom had been great.

I considered the price for parking rather high (200 SEK). We booked a twin room for 2 persons but the receptionist was not aware that we are two persons. It was not a twin room but a double bed and we had to move the furniture.....

Great location, comfortable friendly quiet hotel, very home from home! Excellent breakfast. Waffles in the afternoon and excellent dinner in the evening included in the basic price to which you can invite guests for a very reasonable extra. We will be staying here in the autumn again! Highly recommended!👍👍

Nothing really!

Breakfast was fine. The soft boiled eggs were always overcooked. Location was fine. The woman who seemed to be in charge was delightful and helpful.

We missed having a dresser in our room. We prefer putting our clothes in drawers rather than living out of a suitcase.

The hotel is warm and cozy. The staff was super helpfull and friendly. The rooms was spacious. The meals were simple but delicious. There was breakfast, dinner and waffle hour. There is a high awernes to food allergies. The sauna is nice and the parking place very convinient. It has laundry service for a reasonable price. We had a great time here, thanks!

The variety of options at breakfast was exceptional, and having dinner included in the room rate was an unexpected plus. All the workers we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. The lobby lounge areas are comfortable.

There were no drawers in which to unpack suitcases for a longer stay.

Breakfast and dinner were great, waffles in the afternoon a nice addition. The location is good and parking was easy in the hotel's own garage.

Poor sound isolation, busy street outside which affects at least some rooms. Too soft bed for my own preference.

Can't really fault anything - you really feel valued as a guest, the service is wonderful, rooms are comfortable and the free dinner is very much appreciated.

Not really a huge problem, but having a facility to make tea/coffee in the rooms would really make things perfect.
