Elite Stadshotellet Växjö

It was a very short walk from the railway station making it easily accessible. Rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. A kettle with tea/coffee was provided and the inclusive breakfast was a wide selection. It was also only about an 8 minute walk from the beautiful lake which you can swim in.

The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door had a gap with allowed the shower water to creep out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor soaking the bath mat.

Breakfast was fabulous. So much choice, laid out well and as much as you like.

The room although a standard double was so small and very hot. The bath mat wasn’t replaced after the first day so we had to use a hand towel (I appreciate we could have asked but without a phone in the room it was far to reception if we weren’t going anywhere so we left it.

All staff were welcoming and friendly Breakfast there was a fantastic selection Location was ideal The room was clean and very comfortable Welcoming TV message and guidance was wonderful and having Netflix was great for unwinding at night

From the pictures I thought the room booked was larger than what we got but the room was still wonderful

located at the center of the town. breakfast terrace with city view. very clean property and rooms. has a restaurant and bar that open late at night. near the green park and lake.

not all rooms has AC. the nearest parking garage is at least 300 meters away which is not convenient. uploading and downloading the luggage is also not convenient. each floor has different levels and the highest floor is not accessible by elevator.

Great breakfast and beautiful room! We booked the small room, which indeed was small but enough for just a weekend. Fast check in and check out experience.

It was surprising how much noise from the street came into the room (we were on the 2nd floor and heard vehicles as well as people and music all night).

The location was exceptionally convenient to where I needed to be, while the breakfast was simply first-rate. I will stay at the hotel again the next time I visit Vaxjo.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, especially when it came to using the toilet.

Breakfast is good and varied. Public parking is next to the hotel and payable from 09:00 to 21:00. Rooms are efficiently laid out but not large. Bar & Restaurant Bishop in arms accessible via the hotel and has good food and drink options.

You could hear the bus traffic quite well, it did not bother me but it might be bothersome to others.

Staff throughout Hotel were amazing Reception, Breakfast staff , room attendants were all extremely friendly and helpful- despite on occasion some language barriers. The location is perfect - short walk to Vaxjo train station and within minutes of local buses.

Elite Stradshotellet Vaxjo is clean. However, there are some areas that could do with a little updating.

Fantastic location, the staff were helpful and friendly and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and facilities was top notch. I would defiantly recommend and will definitely stay here if we visit again.

Location excellent for town, exploring & eating & catching train. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & nice & fresh with friendly helpful staff
