Location: Great. Very close to the train station but also very quite. You do not hear the trains at all. Room: The room was clean and of a good size with everything that you might need. Modernish. Bed: The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. Breakfast & Wifi: Also good Staff: Super friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again

Location was only a couple blocks from the train station and Bahnhofstrasse where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is professional and available for questions. The hotel has a restaurant serving typical Swiss cuisine and has a daily menu in addition to the regular menu. By Swiss standards it was reasonably priced and excellent.

Breakfast could be better. There is very limited option for warm food and some times there is no eggs available. I had to ask for extra eggs. Window was open when entering the room and it was very cold. I have to put the heater to maximum to warm up the room.

The restaurant is top notch (especially important when you are not allowed to eat anywhere else than outside during the Covid-19 pandemic); the place is pretty central, only a few minutes from the historic center; parking is right behind the house (close to the basement where there is room for your mountainbikes). Also worth mentioning: The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is rather small and the mattress feels like it's been used for many years (found a decent space in the middle of the double bed I used for my own) and the pillow is far too soft, but I got a much better one when I asked for it.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very nice staff not far from the railway station, but in a relatively quiet area. The breakfast, which is served from 7 AM, was very good too. Room and bed were comfortable, I even received an upgrade to a more spacious room. The dinner I had at the hotel's beautiful restaurant was excellent.

The bathroom was a bit small but that was not an issue; everything needed was there.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Superb food in the restaurant. A thoroughly enjoyable stay which we extended by an extra day. I would recommend the hotel to anybody. and certainly visit the restaurant.

Nothing not to like.

Breakfast was quite good, but some mornings short of choices. Location was also good, but not enough to do and see in Brig to warrant 3 nights. Also evening meals were very expensive, so we did not eat at the hotel. Staff were very good and friendly.

Staff was wonderful. Anna was very kind, caring and helpful! She carried all of our luggadge for me who is disabled. She wanted to make sure our stay is comfortable and we are happy.

The restautrant was pricy and the food was not so great.

The location of hotel is close of center and train station, the breakfast was delicious, the receptionist is very nice person and the view for the mountains was lovely

Adequate buffet breakfast. Configuration would have been challenging if there had been a lot of guests. Excellent evening meal in restaurant. Generous vouchers from municipality helped defray the cost. Reasonable view from room on one of higher floors, given that hotel was in the town centre. Central location attractive but parking was in a public car park (free of charge) down the road.

Bathroom quite small. Seating in bedroom limited. Room heated up (from the sun) during the day and a fan cooler was needed to bring the temperature down. Windows take up a lot of space in the room with opening inwards and made it difficult to get past.
