Friendly staff, clean rooms and overall building. Kitchen and many other facilities available in the apartment. Washing machine available for a nominal charge. Powerful iron and a microwave given in the common area. Parking is available with a charge. Tram station is just a min walk away. Supermarket is nearby on a 5 mins walk.

Parking cost is approx 25 franks per night. The train passes just in front of the 3rd floor rooms facing road and it could be noisy if you want to open the windows of the apartment facing road side. The apartment is on a 20 mins drive from Zurich main city, however, for me it was not an issue as I was renting a car and wanted to live in a quiet area.

We like the space, furnishings, soundproofing. The staff were friendly and helped us with transportation options and answered all our questions. It is only 20 minutes from City Center with the tram right across from the hotel.

If I had to say anything it would be that there was no facial tissues provided and the toilet paper was really rough like paper almost. But again, just nitpicking here and overall we enjoyed the hotel very much.

The name is misleading. It was a hotel room with no refrigerator or kitchen area. Next to the elevated train. We were in the rooms facing the other direction, some trees and highway and airport noise instead.. If you kept the door to the tiny balcony shut, the outside noise was not an issue. The Air Conditioner barely gets the room cool. Fan works but not very cool in the room. Maybe a bit more like a dehumidifier? If we wanted a room with a kitchen area, we had to upgrade to the 3rd floor, "business" rooms. Made little sense to call it that. Plus those rooms cost a bunch more & face the train.

The localization was very good, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also nice that it had a balcony.

Due to a mistake on the front desk employee there was some issue with the payment and when we wanted to straighten it out at the checkout the employee was kind of rude and didn’t let us finish what we wanted to say. There was an issue with taking the payment from wrong credit card and not only the employee did not acknowledge their mistake but they weren’t helpful at all and basically said “it’s our problem”. I was charged twice and I had to explain it to my bank who confirmed that the mistake was on the hotel side.

Great choice to stay right outside of Zurich, close to tram and train stations at both Stettbach and Wallisellen (5-8 min connection to Zurich and direct tram to the airport). I got a great rate for a mid-term stay in a superior room, which was just what I needed. The room faced the street and trains which was sunny and convenient, and the tram stop is right outside. With the kitchenette, wardrobe, large chair and desk it was just enough for a short to mid term stay, with the occasional home office. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and supported me with scanning and mail. Facilities are clean and new, with easy access to laundry and some other functions.

The Wi-Fi could have been better. I was at the end of the corridor, so that is probably why. It would have been great to be able to communicate with the cleaning staff in English, but understand it's not top of the list.

breakfast was good, the staff always took care of that there was plenty of everything. I loved your big teacups and the colors of it. the cheese tray is excellent and your coffee is great. The staff very friendly and the breakfast area very clean .

I have a sweet tooth and would have loved a little sweet things on the buffet. I tasted a cake that was on the buffet at least 3 of my mornings but it was too dry and I did not like it. But maybe this is some Switzerland traditional cake.

it supposed to have air conditioning, but the AC doesn’t cool at all even if you decrease the degree. Luckily the weather was cool so i had the windows open day and night. Also, if you wish to avoid paying 25 CHF per day for parking, you got the public parking 1 CHF per hour, it’s good for the city but make sure to have coins for every night, the staff were nice to give me change every day.

Very friendly front desk. Room was perfect size. Excellent location for Wallisellen as right next to a tram stop. Room had a balcony (didn‘t use it, too cold out, but in the summer might be nice to do some reading out there).

The mattress was quite hard. Had to turn the heater fan off as quite loud. The hotel can‘t help this, but there are almost no open restaurants in the vicinity - they all just do lunch!

Hotel is located in very green area, bird songs in the morning. I had little balcony in my room and watched the trees every morning. The tram stop is one minute walk and goes directly to the airport as well. Breakfast was heaven. They have very good coffee machine and you can have fresh coffee which you cant expect in a hotel.

Location was amazing and beds were so comfortable. Some people might find the mattress too firm but perfect for me. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

It was unusually hot in Zurich the few days I stayed so the air conditioning could have been cooler. One night I woke up sweating on the lowest temperature.
