Deevana Krabi Resort - SHA Extra Plus

This was our third time at Deevana (first two at Deevana Plaza). Krabi Resort is much quieter than the Plaza, which has many very loud Indian guests. Unfortunately covid has left its footprint here, many repairs will be needed. But the staff could not have done more to make us forget it, and made us having an amazing time in Thailand. So I hope that as many guests as possible will arrive so they can recover as soon as possible.

Due to post covid issues, breakfast is in the Plaza (the Krabi Resort restaurant is closed) so the breakfast is very crowded.

Room was fantastic. Very modern interior, super comfortable and very large bed. Great bathroom. We had a TV, kettle and mini fridge. Very clean! A lovely quiet getaway.

There was no window and the door didn't quite close fully. Even though the bathroom was fantastic, there was no real way to have privacy as it didn't have a proper dividing door. This didn't take away from our visit too much, but those who are a bit shy might want to take this into consideration. A slight negative was being called nearly an hour early for our pick up due to an error by the staff. Not the end of the world but meant we left the hotel on a sour note.

Reception was perfect as usual! Been here before pandemic and the place is still one of the best on Krabi🙏 This year I could see that the hotel is getting back to full operation as the season started! And special thanks to reception staff as we could register earlier and stay a bit longer at the checkout as the room was available! Thanks for the loyal attitude and we’ll be happy to stay here again once in Krabi🙏 Special thanks for great breakfast and free gym(has everything you need for a quick training👍)

The rooms by the pool are more comfortable by my previous experience. And we had the room at the top floor of the house, which has small window and lacked of natural light on my opinion. But not critical and next time I’ll choose better room, that’s it🙌

I liked the framing, the trees, the animals and nature. The room does not have its own space to store clothes. The shower is good. Breakfast is basic, has few options for vegetarians and vegans, it is mainly for meat eaters. In six days there was only muesli once. Few jams. I ate only fruit and bread every day. Always a lot of people in the eggs, which made me not approach. They didn't give me back the 1000 bath, I didn't remember to ask for it and they didn't remember to give it back to me, maybe it wasn't on purpose, but it's weird.

It wasn't the friendliest staff I've encountered, they didn't remember to give me back the 1000 bath initial deposit and returning the scooter was a bit confusing.

No cereal or yoghurt available at breakfast

No reason to complain, all good quality thank you.

We've stayed for 3 nights at first, but then decided to take one night extra, due to comfort received here. Staff and management are great and really helpful. They're dealing with your concerns immediately. We enjoyed the outside bath, which is great after long day of traveling. Beach basket does the trick. You don't have to be worried about extra blankets. Rooms had everything which we needed. Breakfast were tasty, you can take whatever you like. It's really beautiful at night, the view is amazing.

Really nice room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. The room service was also really good, fresh and still hot when it arrived. Short walk to restaurants and a quiet market with good food.

Shower needs to be cleaned a little better. Portion of the swimming pool was out of order for our entire stay.

The hotel has great structure. However, things are still opening up after covid so many hotel amenities were closed (pool bar and hotel areas). The staff is super friendly and helpful, room is comfortable. Overall, worth the money

Location could’ve been better. 10-15 min walk from the Main Street in Ao Nang. Wouldn’t mind if the walk was nicer but with many shops closer nearby feels deserted and one might feel uncomfortable (even though I did not feel any danger or threat).

We loved our stay at the hotel and we were very sad to leave. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and had brilliant air con. The staff were helpful and brought us more towels when we needed them, the location is just a short walk to the main bars/shops/restaurants.

The only bad thing was the shower pressure - the water just trickled out and wasn’t very hot.

The resort was really special. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything, we asked for. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and there were also other facilities, like a gym for example. There was even a free transfer from the hotel to the beach a few times per day.
