At least give 2 pillow for each guest,1 pillow is not enough per guest

this hotel is in a great location, next to lots of bars and restaurants and the beach which is also just a short boat ride away from Railay Bay. The staff are so friendly and so accommodating. The rooms were clean and the aircon was amazing! we ended up extending our stay an extra day, would definitely recommend 😊 would also recommend the restaurant directly next door to the right, delicious food!

Fantastic location in Ao Nang, right near the beach, restaurants on the door step. Pool was great, they provide towels and let you chill by the pool all day after check out. There’s also toilets and showers for you to use before heading to the airport etc. The reception staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and polite. Always had great smiles, were very helpful, welcoming and added so much to the experience of this hotel. If you get a room with a mountain/pool view then it’s stunning.

The rooms are quite tired (although spacious). The bed is SO uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. Our aircon barely worked and I was constantly too hot. We were in room 404. It desperately needs a new air con unit. There is no lift.

The owner, Pookie was so smiley and friendly, always asking us how we were and if we needed any help. Her partner runs the little cafe in the hotel and he is super nice and kind. Another young lady on reception, didn’t get her name, sorted our airport transfer and was always asking us what we plan to do with our day and if she needed to help us. The hotel was very clean and a decent sized room. The pool is a good size, depth and is clean. The location is great, 2 min walk to the beach and there is a restaurant directly under the hotel which have the most amazing food. We went there everyday. If we return to Ao Nang, we will be sure to stay here again. Highly recommend.

That we had to leave!

Location is great within a walking distance from restaurants, pubs and shops. Less than 5min walking from the beach. Staff is wonderful and caring. Room is big and comfortable.

Bathroom needs reparation. Windows didn't lock properly which allow noise to pass through. Suggest to pay extra to have mountain view instead of the city view.

The staff were extremely friendly & accomodating. Excellent location right in the middle of shops, bars, restaurants and short walk to the beach. The room faces mountain so is pretty quiet at night. Good value for money.

The pool was dirty and there was even a used plaster beside the sun loungers. Wouldn't recommend if all you want to do is lie by a pool, but plenty of activities in Ao Nang to do. The hot water in shower didn't ever get hot but it was fine for me.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always engaged to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were clean and had everything in there you need, like a fridge, a desk, and also a balcony. The whole thing is not really luxurious, but very good for the price, and the location is very central as well. You have everything nearby within a few meters, and you have a 1 minute walk to the beach. I can really recommend this place.

great location, nice spacious room and comfortable bed and very friendly staff

our only complaint is the WiFi kept cutting out which made working a bit difficult but the weather could have played a factor as it was torrential rain storms that evening.

Nice and cheap very clean big rooms and two minutes from the beach. If you stay at the back of the hotel lovely view of the mountain and the beach. Sorry not the beach but you can still see the sea

The staff is really nice, pool was clean, as was the room. Great view on the mountains. Near everything, perfect location.

The matress is pretty hard, not really comfortable, but we still enjoyed our stay !
