Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort

You really need to consider what it is you’re looking for in your vacation experience… If you’re looking for a moderately priced, tranquil setting, wonderful pools, koi ponds, fountains, a top notch restaurant, lovely staff, amazing views of the limestone cliffs and the Andaman sea, look no further. This gem of a resort is only a 10min taxi/shuttle ride away from the crazy, hustle & bustle of Ao Nang, and they even offer a free shuttle to and from Ao Nang several times per day. So you can experience the highlight of Krabi province and return to serenity when you’re ready. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to families and older couples who don’t need to be in the heart of Ao Nang but still want to visit. It’s also a great jumping off spot if you’re heading to Railay, and need an overnight, as it’s a stone's throw away from the Ao Nam mao Pier. Tour companies will pick you up at this hotel if you’re planning on visiting Islands or other activities. If you stay at Villa Cha-Cha, they have nightly music near the beach which was enjoyable and great entertainment. As mentioned, this resort has a fantastic restaurant, the buffet breakfast offers many options, including American and Asian style dishes complete with egg station. Yes, a chef will make you your eggs, pasta or noodle soup any way you like. We tried a few of their cocktails which were also delicious. We also had a couple of great dinners in their Rimlay Restaurant. If you want variety, there’s a couple of great restaurants just off the premises. Right next door is an amazing hippy/boho establishment called Joy Café. Enjoy your drinks & food with a dreamy view!

The place and view was really amazing.it was clear ln and comfortable.

The receptionist in the night time was extremely rude who was a lady name with 'Ho'.

My partner and I LOVED this place. It was our favourite place we’ve stayed on our 6 week adventure around SE Asia so far! The staff were so friendly. Ploy, Nut, Tui, Far, Joy and the rest of the amazing staff at Villa Cha Cha made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is stunning. Perfect for us as we wanted quiet. It’s very quiet and so peaceful. The food was gorgeous! We planned on exploring Krabi a bit more but actually ended up spending most of our time enjoying the beauty of the resort. The four swimming pools, volleyball court, the view of the sea! Thank you Villa Cha Cha, we will be back!!

This place far exceeded our expectations so there was nothing we didn’t like!

Location - on a beachfront and near the harbor that takes to Railay beach. Breakfast - per order egg menu, but there was no cheese so omelet without cheese. Dining area - food tasted good There were many pools, so it did not feel crowded. Great view.

The dining area - the personnel was new or something was not right. Had to remind several times of what we ordered. in a group of 8 the time between when the first and last food was brought was 30+ minutes. Every time. Food tasted good and the smoothies were great, but the service etiquette was not as expected.

The property is right on the beach, with a pool. The staff was very helpful, even sent some items we left at our hotel to Bangkok by courier. They kept water to fill bottles at reception to reduce plastic bottle usage, microwave (very helpful), pair of slippers for the beach, a bag and towel to take to the beach, overall they really put in some thought.

Property is at some distance from Aonang beach but they do not have a tour operator which can book excursions from the hotel itself, even at 5-10% additional cost. Though there are a plenty of agents offering standard identical packages at Aonang. (They do provide shuttle to go to Aonang at fixed times)

Restaurant staff were lovely, gardeners and cleaners nice. Reception staff dodgy and not very pleasant. We were given a room with bath tub on balcony right outside Reception so they basically could see us naked, and couldn't understand my gripe.

The facilities, accommodation and food were exceptional It was nice, quiet and very relaxing. The staff were also very kind and their service was amazing. I enjoyed every bit of our stay and would recommend.

Everything was very good except for one matter, there were a couple wear and tears in the bathroom. The final improvement would be some more lights in the room. Other than that, everything else was brilliant.

like many things From getting off the car and checking in until checking out, the staff are smiling and cheerful. The service is very good. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The resort has a lot of photoshoot corners. outdoor swimming pool with a nice view good view restaurant The food is very delicious. If there is a chance to stay again, definitely.

The location for us was perfect because the hotel was near to go to Port Takola Marina, and we enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and it was a novelty to have a bath on the balcony… Value for money, it was an excellent hotel and we were definitely recommend it and return.

The hotel is a little tired in places, some areas are new and it is clean and tidy - but the swimming pool needed some maintenance, a little dated and as there are four different swimming pools, it is obviously difficult to keep them 100% clean all the time… But this didn't stop our enjoyment of the resort.

The room was great size . Top floor view was awesome . The food in the restaurant was good . The staff were super friendly. The pools were clean right on the water seeing the sunset. Would totally come back with someone

Weak shower . Little too far from town for solo traveling. The mosquitoes ate me alive .. ( not the hotels fault.
