The double room with AC is very comfortable, with a nice bed and desk, and good wifi (good to work remotely). And it is cleaned every day. Bathroom is somewhat small but the shower has good water pressure and hot water. There is a very nice balcony that serves as a common area. The staff is wonderful, Mr. Too provides many informations about touristics spots in Mae Hong Son and neighboring areas (he hands over a hand-drawn map upon arrival). The location is just perfect, at a short walking distance of all landmarks in Mae Hong Son, including the staircase to the temple Wat Phra That Doi Kong Mu and the main street.

In the heart of town so everything is in walking distance. Staff provided us many useful tips for our stay in MHS and we had a lot of fun. Our room is very spacious and has a large cloth rack which is perfect for three of us. Towels, soap, toilet rolls & hair dryer is provided. Free 3-in-1 coffee & hot water available in the common area. They cleaned and serviced the room so it's neat. Common area is right in front of the room so everything is convenient for us.

The room, bathroom and facilities are older than we thought. Those slippers in the room are reused many times so i would recommend them to throw them away or replace them. Curtains doesnt cover the whole window. We can hear the others very clearly at night, there's basically no sound proofing. Parking is 2 houses away from our room which makes it a little inconvenient.

I had booked the fan only room but realised it was far too hot for my comfort so I paid to upgrade to an aircon room. The location in the centre of town is excellent! The owner went above and beyond at check-in to provide me with all the top things to see and do and where everything is located in town which was so useful. The room was very clean, the aircon worked well and the street is very quiet with almost no traffic despite being in the heart of town. The shower worked well with good pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable too. Large and spacious room.

Paying an extra 50% on the room price for an aircon seemed a bit cheeky but it was worth it at the end of the day

despite the very reasonable price the room was well equipped: Comfy beds, Air Con, Fridge with bottle of water, t.v, water boiler & all in one coffee, plenty of work space if required, clothes hanging spaces & even a hairdryer which I definitely didn’t need. Additionally there was a shared microwave in the separate communal sitting area. There was dedicated safe parking for motorbikes & cars. Lastly but importantly the host was very nice & informative too, providing maps with highlights outlined & the property nicely located so that the vast majority within easy walking distance.

Nothing to dislike.

1. Super clean and spacious rooms. 2. Outstanding staff who go above and beyond to help you. The lady who attends to the rooms is very kind and goes above and beyond to help even though she doesn’t speak English. 3. Communal lounge equipped with microwave and kettel. 4. There was also tea and coffee available for free. Its a great area to relax and meet other travellers. 5. Great location! Only a 5 minute walk to the nightmarket.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Was quite pleased with the room size and bed. Very comfortable, A/C worked well and shower/bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo and great towels. I come here every year and am tempted to reserve this room now so I have the same room next year. Staff was excellent, first order of business was to provide me with a map and a list of all the highlights, shopping, food suggestions, tourist attractions.

Perfect place to discover the city and its surroundings. When we arrive they give you a map with the things you can do in and around the city. The hotel is clean and with all the necessities. Important ! If you want to do a trek in the area I recommend you to ask at the reception of the hotel they will give you the contact of the guide « La ». we spent a 2 days trek with a night in a village in the mountains it was really fantastic !! a big highlight of our 3 weeks trip in Thailand

If you are looking for a room with standard equipment and the taste of the moment, pass your turn! Here it's local, well thought out for the comfort of the traveler, charming... Apart from the weather, it's a place where we would have liked to have stayed longer😎

The owner Boondee speaks good English and takes the trouble to brief me on the points of interest around Mae Hong Son including where to eat. There is secure free parking available for my motorcycle.

The kettle inside the room can be replaced as it is too old. The bathroom lighting is too dim and not enough wall hooks to hang my towel and clothes.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was lovely and our room was very spacious, kettle, coffee, water, fridge and nice and quiet so we slept very well. Perfect location near lots of shops, restaurants and the night market, the owners were super lovely and welcoming even giving us a map of things to do! Parking for our bike and Wi-Fi which was good!

Only thing was our shower didn’t drain very well so took a while for the floor to dry, but it didn’t smell.
