Payi Resort

The staff were helpful and also respectful (for example they don't look in your room as they walk by). Nice koi fish in two water features. Check out the net "air sofa" on the second floor for a sweet view. Location is just a couple blocks away from the busy area.

Take a second floor (air conditioned) room if you don't want to hear the upstairs neighbors walk around (if they are heavy footed).

Great location. Comfy beds. Good size room, with seating and fridge. There was space to park your scooter. Hot shower, one of the better ones we've had during our time in Thailand. Staff were really friendly and let us store our bags after checking out. Great for a few nights in Pai

The walls are quite thin, one night we could hear everything happening in the room next door, luckily it didn't last too long...but overall Payi Resort was a brilliant place to stay.

Nice room and "resort", good atmosphere. Walking distance to restaurants, 7eleven, bus station, night market.

Not very good WiFi. The balcony table hasn't been cleaned for a long time, it was really dirty. And seat pillows deserve some proper washing too, it was disgusting. Otherwise the balcony was great. Wash-basin needs some repair, it is really unpleasant to have a wet floor everytime I wash my hands or teeth.

Comfortable bed, good service, good location. The coffee was one of the better ones in Pai, but it wasn't always open.

It's a bit rundown and could be better for the price. But overall was a great experience, I stayed there for an extended period of time and they even gave me a better price.

Really good location, very close to walking street but far enough away you can get a good sleep. The staff were very friendly. Big room and good balcony.

Only thing I didn’t didn’t like was there were quite alot of ants in our room. Couldn’t leave anything out as they were all over it.

The location is nice, in a quiet place but very close to everything. The rooms are great! Nice decorations, good bed, big bathroom and balcony.

The bathroom could be a little more clean

I liked the arty feel of the property and the plants going throughout. The room was also pretty spacious and airy. I loved the closet space too.

Location was within a 5 minute/10 minute walk from the night street so easy to get to but none of the noise. Room was very cute, we had our own little balcony.

Bathroom was a tiny bit dingey and had a few ants but nothing that really bothered us.

Loved the view from the balcony in my room of the mountains and Pai. Close to the downtown part of the town. Both the bed and pillows were comfortable. Clean room.

Bathroom could use bit of sprucing up - paint job and bit more cleaning, but not a real issue.

Nice place for the price. Individual room and a balcony. Everything dated but working fine. Ask for a mountain view if you're getting the balcony.

So the beds and facilities were quite old. It seemed clean enough though. But that's all fine at the price. No complaints really.
