Sey Beach Hotel & Spa

A lot of facilities in the hotel, animations for kids and adults; the animator there is great, my daughter is still dancing at home on the music they've learned to dance in mini disco at the hotel. Nice view at the sea and also easy path to come to the sea. Fitness has a lot of equipments to use. Pool and waterslide are great for kids. The food was also delicious. It is outside of the center of Alanya, but the bus stop is next to the hotel or you can use a taxi/car.

Perhaps the fact, that you can not fill your electronic devices when not being in the room, because all the electricity turns off. The massages we are used to are usually stronger than the ones in the hotel.

Spacious clean rooms, got all you need, the receptionists are great always helpful and have lovely smiles, food were excellent many choices to choose from, buffet, swimming pool so relaxing, beach is walking distance, evening entertainment good too.

Only the guy at the basement a bit hard sell their massage.

Travelled for last week of April before the holiday season fully kicked in- so some facilities were not operational. Had a fantastic view of the Med Sea from the room on 6th floor. However there is a very busy major road/highway along the beach over which the view of the sea was visible. The noise from traffic drowned most of the calming sounds of waves of sea water on the shores. The staff were friendly and attended to requests instantly. Affter a couple of days the meals were laid out in buffet style and were very good -never missed a meal after that! There were three good sunny days and the rest were coooler ,cloudy/rainy.

If you live in a busy city and probably used to noise from vehicular traffic on roads, then you would have no issue with sleep. However I struggled to get used to the traffic noise. There was confusion if the use of the safe in the room is inclusive as described in Booking.com or was to be extra charge.

Some rocks at the water (beach) but if you a careful you can get easily in the water. Free beverages, sunbeds and sun umbrellas at the beach. Connecting tunnel from the hotel to the beach. Pretty calm. Nice swimming pool, great food

We had a 12 night stay there and everything was good, staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was good and the hotel has a private access to the beach with bar, umbrella and bed and the beach was clean and not crowded. The variety of food was good specially for the people who are vegan. Everyday the room got cleaned by room service which was good and we also asked for honeymoon package which was free of charge and we liked it.

The mattress was not comfortable and as a person who has a little backache it makes me feel bad every morning. The variety of food was good but not a good menu for meat lovers and it was one of the most disadvantages of the hotel which most of the foods are without meat and chicken. The last disadvantage of the hotel is having a lot of cat in the restaurant and lobby, I didn't like the situation that they allow cats to come to the internal space of the restaurant and all the times this issue make us annoyed and uncomfortable while eating our meals.

We recommend the accommodation, one of the best hotel we have ever seen. Personal and management of high quality, helpful by renting the car (translating the text from the Turkish language). The beach is sandy, but just for this hotel.

Little distant from the centre of Alanya. But this is not real a big problem.

The hotel, the staff and the overall atmosphere. The manager of the hotel (Eren) is always there to look after the guests, very professional and customer oriented and always there to resolve issues as it raise. The hospitality in here has been absolutely amazing - on one occasion I asked for a recommendation of a nice Turkish restaurant in Alanya region, Eren the hotel manager not only recommended the restaurant to me but drove me there in his own personal car. Thanks Eren. The staff at reception “Darina” has been awesome as well. Had an amazing 12 days holiday in Alanya.

Generally, everything was good and a little better even! New condition of hotel rooms and pool, private and clean beach very close to the hotel. Food quality is great, as well as supportiveness of hotel's representatives on reception. Sea view from every room literally. Overall, wonderful quality/price correlation.

Nevertheless, variety of food is quite poor: only one dish with meat per lunch or dinner; no seafood/fish at all during our stay (7 days) - this is the reason why people are standing in long queue around grill place waiting for the portion of freshly cooked chicken/beef - this caused long waiting before you have a proper meal. Some staff members from beach bar and kitchen don't speak any language but Turkish, and were being not helpful while asking for assistance and even hostile from time to time, which spoiled general vacation spirit.

View, clean rooms, friendly staff I got that feeling that we were like a family Well first of all I think you’re curious why I gave 4 overall ! The hotel’s staff is very cool, nice and friendly which is a very big plus, but the min one is that there is only one employee who speaks English and not perfect as you expect, but again she is very helpful and nice person! Regarding the location, I am really in love with the view, closed to the beach, hotel design, pools shaped, everything, BUT the only disappointing things were : 1- the way reach the beach : consider a bit walking towards next hotel under burning sunshine and take the tunnel 2- which is the most annoying is that the beach is really stoned, i got a small injury in my foot. And that’s something has nothing to do with the hotel itself, I know , but it’s something to take to account. For the rest , very clean rooms, maybe they need to keep their eyes and have to focus on every small detail after someone leaves because in my friend’s room the money safe door was missed , douche was defect, but when we complained about it their response was so fast and they fixed immediately ☺️ Overall it was a very nice experience and I would love to repeat it again Thanks Sey Beach staff 😘

Two things, one can be improved which is poor English speakers. Second one is the stony beach which can get you injured

Location was very nice, getting to hotel from airport was quite easy. Stuff and their kindness was exceptional. They were really helpful, whenever we raised an issue, they helped us immediately. Considering the price, quality was really high, it is really a performance hotel indeed.

Coffee machines were bad, we wished we could have had some decent coffee but we couldnt. It was one of the worst cappuccinos we have ever had from a machine. Noise insulation was a bit poor, our room was facing the road therefore we got effected by it.
