The location is the best part of this hotel... About a 5 min walk to Kocatepe Mosque, very close to shopping areas and food. We arrived on a weekend night so it was a bit noisy as it is close to places playing loud music. The second night was not noisy at all. The hotel's decor was nice in the reception and the breakfast area. The breakfast was really good with the food being fresh and tasty. Overall a good experience

The room needs some renovating and more comfortable beds. Some staff did not speak English, so it was a bit of a challenge sometimes to communicate.

Very nice and modern hotel, located in the center of Ankara. Shops museums, parks, everything is within walkable distance. Breakfast was very nice.

Everything was great BUT, despite the fact that Greek citizens can freely travel to Turkey with our national id, my girlfriend has a problem checking in because the reservation system wasn't up to date. Moreover, the owner said to the staff to not allow guests without passport (although my gf did not have any problem at the airport and in the hotel we previously stayed in Istanbul). Luckily for us, the staff were pretty helpful and managed to finally register us without any problems; the management should be better informed when it comes to his country's laws because a lot of European citizens are now travelling to country with their national id instead of passport.

Location is excellent, it's in the city centre, with lots of cosy restaurants and bars around it and a young and hip crowd. It's a theme hotel with paintings of knights and princesses on the walls and wooden lion heads on the doors. Great wood/artwork. The room was spacious and cosy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the evening shift. Breakfast was fresh.

The windows didn't seal airtight, some of the music from outside leaked into the room. Also, the curtains were very pretty, but didn't block the sunlight. Not suitable for light sleepers.

The location is very good, the breakfast was good.

Need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. Definitely not a 4star hotel standard. We were placed in a standard room, though we have booked a deluxe room. If we didn’t notice that wouldn’t have changed. The photos can be misleading sometimes as deluxe rooms had sofa in the photos in booking, but not in reality. So we had to promote the room for an additional charge. The staff could have been better trained as well.

Breakfast buffet is good! It is located in a good area with a lots of places around!

Check in was strict, even we arrived half an hour before we had to wait literally until 14:00 hrs. I did not evaluate based on that but consider that if you stay here! The bathroom smelled of stagnant water, we had to keep the lid all time closed but not a big deal! Is great value for what you pay!

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Located in a good street with access to some great restaurants and within easy walking/taxi access to the main sights of Ankara

The music from the neighbouring restaurant was a little loud but didn't bother us, especially as it was just before new year.

We loved the location with all the restaurants and shops close by.

The Internet was very, very slow. We didn’t like the loud disco music every night we stayed. Not sure from where it came as buildings are very close together. We couldn’t sleep until it all stopped early hours of the morning.

Location is in the middle of food-rich area. It's very busy place, but the good way. Room size was very good, and the sofa turns into a full bed.

Breakfast is very basic. It's only to avoid starving, but not to enjoy a breakfast. Also breakfast location is underground and you feel like in a no light basement.

Hospitable personal . Good location nearby alotof restaurants and shopping centres and plus metro station which helps or eases to get the places as a Anitkabir/Ankara Castle and museums.

AC in the room works noise or makes noise when it is online.
