The staff were very friendly and helpful, great for families and friends, the beach was great, cleanliness and spa.

I like the beautiful view, it states in nice location and inside of the nature, there is good pool facilities.

Front desk was not so helpful and was not giving information if you dont ask. Restaurant capacity precisely not enough for the guests. There was not so much variety in food court. My room is given as two single bed’s combination instead of my selection as a queen size bed. Beach towels are provided by sauna center where it is in main building and I think it should be next to beach. I didnt like the employees of the sauna center because they were not so kind.

Good location by the sea, clean sandy beach, family room (actually 2 rooms) is quite large, good sound insulation

The staff in the restaurant(s) are always in a bad mood, rather old furniture in the room (in general the hotel is quite old, it will need renovation soon)

Food is so bad. Everything is old.

It was a horrible experience. - I got food poisoning the second day from the food at the hotel and was throwing up the whole night. - The staff is really unfriendly and impolite and refuse to help. Moreover they don't speak English (even at the reception). - The toilet in the room had urine on the seat when we entered the room. The floor was really dusty as if the room hasn't been vaccum cleaned in ages. - You hear everything that is happening in other rooms and on the corridors. - There are long queues at the buffets because you don't get to take the food yourself but the restaurant staff have to serve you. Food quality is horrible. Super oily and old and tasteless. - No wifi in the room. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere nicer. You will regret spending your money on this hotel.

I can say that we didn't like anything at all, nothing was fine especially for food as we start eating outside because food quality was very bad. only one facility was ok which is the swimming pool.

Actually we have been earlier in same hotel but its really bad compared to two years back. first of all the food quality and the food diversity were very very poor, also they were using food provided in earlier (lunch for example) in the next buffet (dinner). Secondly all facilities such as tennis, basketball, golf all grounds available but without equipment/balls. Moreover the cleanliness was vey very poor as you can see all the towels were used earlier. even Wi-Fi was not covered by our room. In conclusion I can say our experience there was disaster.
