Tugcu Hotel Select

The location of hotel is great, it is close to all tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. They speak English and some Arabic. I recommend staying in this hotel

I was disappointed by Booking.com for two reasons. The first being that Booking.com did not properly inform me that the breakfast was available for 1 person, whereas when we booked it included a breakfast for 7 people. The second was after contacting the staff of Booking.com about this issue, Laila (booking.com staff) was extremely rude and uncooperative with me. I do not blame the hotel for this problem, but people who will book through booking.com should be careful about this matter.

Location is very good, everything you need is near, 2 min away of Kent Maydan and mall. Most of the tourist attractions are 15 to 20 min away by raxi. The ulu Cami and bazar is less than 2 km away. Hotel environment is Cosy stuff are helpful, turkish arabic english. Rooms are big clean and nice It has parking if you rented a car you can use.

Only internet connecton was sometimes not stable.

Wish I could stay more First thing, ZAZA Very much helpful, Supportive, Dedicated to guests, even drove me to Site Seeing via his own car as a brother People are totally different than other Turkeish provinces, So much Value for money Middle of everything So clean, So easy reach By walk (3 min to Main Road, 10 min to the mall, 20 min to Ghazi Tomb and Culli Cami, 20 min to Osman Ghazi Station) By taxi (7 min to Outlet mall, 10 min to otobus Station) I wish I could stay more

Nothing Management should recognize Zaza

It was a decent stay with good and wide rooms and comfortable beds and they also had a decent breakfast which not many hotels have, theirs a balcony with a cool view, it’s fairly close to all the popular places like extreme park, and ottoman village. If your also interested in the famous meal “iskender” theirs a original restaurant right down the street a few minutes from the place and it tastes Gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Fantastic staff and the best breakfast I have had in my stay in Turkey. Lovely room with enough space to move around. Very helpful reception staff and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Right opposite the mall and 1.3km to the Grand Bazaar.

The bathroom was old and needed an upgrade. The bathtub shower was very difficult to get in and out. The bathtub is very high.

the staff were very helpful and friendly - location was next to Kent Meydani Shopping Center and many other small shops and restaurants less than 5 mins walking - room was clean and quiet and curtains were completely blocking the sunlight during daytime 👍🏼 Zaza & Sinan helped us a lot during our trip.

all air-conditions are turned off during winter which I asked to turn on one floor at least but wasn’t possible. I can’t sleep without air condition even in winter.

Recetion Staff are very helpful. THE location is perfect and very centeral to most attractions. The car parking also is a +++.

The hotel decoration can be better. It is very basic even they can do more attractive renovation to the reception & restaurant 🍴.

Room was nice and size was ok. Hotel in side street of main street. No noice of the traffic. A plus: hotel has its own parking. Very good breakfast.

You have to shower in the bathtub which has a high edge. Might be a bit difficult or problem for elderly people.

The hotel is in a very good location and has underground parking. The breakfast is very good. Our room was in the second roof. It was very clean. Very excited for this hotel. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to find a hotel like this in Turkey. Total worth every night spending in Bursa. 10/10

Location is perfect,Near bus stop, tram, and train station, but little confusing to find at first using google map. Breakfast is tasty and lots of selection. Room is good, as it is 4 stars hotel. At one night, the room feel cold, and the receptionist kindly called a technician to check my room. The technician is kindly explain to me how to use the heater and set the tempreature. Ow you can also leave the luggage after you check out to take it later.

I have to go to the receptionist twice to fix my room keycard, because thr door cant be opened.
