Superb! Only positive impressions - the room was big and enough for our family (5 people), additional bed was prepared in advance. Breakfast was amazing - a lot of dishes and perfect view on the city. All beds including additional bed were comfortable. Strongly recommended to stay in Isparta there!
Despite the ban on smoking in the rooms, someone apparently smoked - in the morning, through the ventilation, the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes.

Incredible sized room for a great price. Bigger than our apartment at home! Well furnished, clean and comfortable bed. Staff super friendly and helpful. Ate at the restaurant for dinner with live music. Good value. Fab views from the rooftop restaurant.
Restaurant has a smoking and none smoking area like the old days, with no barrier between the two. there are windows that are retractable, but people were complaining it was cold so they kept them shut most of dinner, which made it very smokey inside

reception staff were great. restaurant staff lied to us by saying that Terras seats were fully booked after I insisted and fought with them they game a table out. and 5 tables around me were empty all night so they lied just not not let us sit out.

We only stayed one night and the hotel was very nice. it is out of the busy city centre but still close enough if you need to go in to town. The room was clean and the breakfast is definitey the best we have had during our trip in Turkey.
Our aircon gave some problems, but staff seemed to get it sorted and we had a good stay.

Cool view from suite windows and from rooftop, great breakfast (but bad juices/lemonades..), free parking nearby - overall very good net hotel
Shower drain was silted with someones hair or smth else🙈 Make-up mirror with backlight was under voltage - I think it may be even dangerous🙈

Big room and they offer crib intead of cot bed which I was not aware that is available. They have got free parking.

Nice personal and parking service available. Very happy with the cleaning and the room service. Always new coffee packs in the room for the first coffee. Nice addon is the pillow a la cart. Will check availability for the next trip to Isparta.
