Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island

-Next to a great selection of fine-dine restaurant, and attached to a modern luxurious mall. -Very kind & friendly front desk staff and concierge. -Amazing cleaning quality by the house keeping. -professional valet parking service all day long. -The lobby’s sitting area is very large with natural light and an outdoor terrace, the Café area has wide selection of freshly baked pastries, desserts and amazing coffee blends. they also serve an amazing “afternoon tea” stand menu.

An evacuation alarm malfunction “False alarm” during my stay, it was very discomforting, especially when your family members are in different rooms. I hope that no one experience such a situation.

Swimming pool with great view, comfy sun beds, free Sun Bum sunscreen and fresh water. Great gym, very nice kids club open from 10am until 7pm. Super comfortable beds (as usual!), big bathroom, lots of towels. Good in-dining service. Very convenient position (access to Galleria Mall by escalator). Local taxis are readily available and cheap. Reception staff is very kind and does everything to make you feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Carpets and curtains in the rooms and in the corridors are a bit old and not easy to clean. Some furniture in the room needs some fixing. No European adaptors to charge iPhones, iPads, etc. (they give me a cable but it was very slow. You can easily find one in the Apple Store at the Galleria). I loved it - these are only minor complaints!

The bed was super comfy and perfect pillows to get a good nights rest, my room was clean and well maintained. It was great to access the mall via the hotel, although it was quicker to walk along the water to Galleria Mall. Great selection of accessible restaurants; Coya, Nusret and LPM also nearby.

The outlook from my room was disappointing e.g. side of the hotel, I would have preferred an unobstructed view. The pool was exceptionally small and the outlook seemed blocked again. I do love a freestanding bathtub but it was super uncomfortable. The best bathtub is at Park Hyatt on Saadiyat Island. I was surprised to find that the room furniture was so dark and heavy particularly as its a new hotel. I believe only the European Four Seasons have a more modern feel.

The overall experience was very pleasant. From start to finish. We needed early check-in as we arrived earlier than expected, and they did that for us. They contacted us through whatsapp and I needed our check-in to be fast tracked, and they did it for us, I spent no more than 2 minutes at the front desk. The beds feel like heaven. I loved their gym and spa facilities. The staff is probably the best part. I work in the tourism industry and this blew my mind. They were so attentive, speedy, kind. Truly worth every penny.

I'm just being pedantic here - The rooms could've been bigger, maybe it was just my expectation. It wasn't small, I just expected bigger from these luxury hotels. The valet gets very busy during nighttime, probably for the restaurants.

The hospitality, the welcoming & warm attitude of the staff & how they treated my child, they way they went out of their way to make our stay pleasant is really impeccable! Special thanks to Ms. Caroline & Ms. Alkisty for going above & beyond to fix some issues we had & compensate us Breakfast & amenities were also great

lighting of the room need more options, especially for the night light would be great if they have medium-firm pillows as the options they had were not comfortable

I received an astonishingly good service by Ismail Khadar, the housekeeping! It's totally different from other housekeeping during my 3 nights staying. Thank you. And I also received a warm welcome by a male staff at the pool (Looks like the Hollywood star, Denzel Washington😜), but sadly i got no chance to know his name, I only know he was off on 14th, other days he's always there for us. Much appreciated. 🥰

Not too friendly at the Italian Ristorante when we go there to have a look at the menu, so we chose the Steak House instead, where we have much pleasant experience and friendly service by the staffs there, especially the manager from Italy, again, i forgot his name.. 🙇🙇

The hotel entrance was very nice. The location was excellent for my purpose.

There were no kits in the bathroom cotton balls, Qtips. Just shower cap. We forgot our phone charger and when ask them they brought one that was very slow to charge and we had to pay for it. After leaving for a few hours they called and said we had taken alcohol from the minibar, we don't drink. It was very offensive assuming we lied at check out.

The Four Seasons at Al Maryah is exceptional - the staff, property, facilities and room were thoroughly brilliant. We loved it so much, that we are already looking forward to going back. They make extra efforts to ensure guests enjoy their stay. The location was perfect for us - to do sight seeing, shopping and the restaurants nearby were exactly what we liked. Thanks to Four Seasons Al Maryah for a happy and relaxing break.

Nothing - everything was perfect from start to finish.

The staff were very polite and helpful, excellent service. The bedroom was a great size, the bed was very comfortable. The brunch at Crust was exceptional, and the breakfast was delightful. The location was brilliant, walking distance to malls and lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend it and we will stay again!
