very good location, nice area, the staff were super kind Would like to thank Christen for the smooth check-in, and to thank the reservation department which follows my instructions and met my request, also would like to thank Mohammed for his assistance.

The rooms design looks old, didn't like the carpet, the coffee corner took most of the table space, the toilet seat sticks to the wall, room doesn't have proper sound proof we heard everything next door, the light in the bathroom mirrors were not working

- Perfect location in the quiet part of a city - amazing view from our room, - nice design, - amazing bright bathroom with a very comfortable bathtub, - large and comfy bed and pillows, - everything was sparkling clean and new, - good toiletries, - nice breakfast, - boat to the beautiful private island with a gorgeous view of the city on the way to the island

- pool was not deep and I couldn’t swim - the bottom on the private island beach was muddy and not very pleasant when entering the water

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. Lovely choice of food for breakfast and location was great. Not too far from many attractions by taxi such as malls and the palaces. Can get a little busy in the area during weekends but couldnt tell at all from the hotel as it is set back from the main roads providing a very relxed and quiet atmosphere. Would definately stay here again!

The hotel has their own private island you could visit but at the time of being there not many facilities were available so we couldnt go which was disappointing. I'd reckon it is worth a visit if there but just double check with reception about the facilities beforehand.

the hotel have provided a free upgrade to the sea view room, and also Mr. Dil the bartender he was highly professional and decent with us and other guest on the pool premises. the price compared to other 4 & 5 star hotel nearby is quite relevant. we would also like to grab this moment to thank both Miss Salam and the bellboy ( African Short hair women) room facilities like Bluetooth speakers , connection TV and soundproof rooms.

we weren't aware that there was basically no beach at the hotel premises, instead the beach was on island requires a boat trip 20 minutes to an island. - we have noticed shortage of stuff especially on the pool where there was only 1 life guard. - reception at the breakfast ( Arabic Waitress) although we were told it opens at 6:00 am instead of acknowledging this information perhaps was given by mistake and provide for us a baby chair seeing we have two kids below 2 years and ask us to be seated instead he said they not open yet and we open at 6:35 which lacked professionalism and hospitality of a 5 star hotel. - breakfast lacked variety of a 5 star hotel kitchen

The location for us was key. Wanted somewhere near Marasy, Albateen.

The Massive NY Eve Party!! No notice of this was given and we could not give the children dinner until 9pm.🤷‍♀️ No provision was made at all for guests who did not want to attend the party. Some members of our group (including children) were flying to Melbourne at 8am which meant a 5am pick up. Sleep….what sleep!! The Boom Boom Boom of the parties went on well into the early hours. Would never have stayed if we’d been advised that this was going on. Staff were ‘so what’ . NYE aside, the hotel was very comfortable. Is obviously a ‘Full Board’ hotel with large tour groups that come in for dinner!

Fantastic Hotel. On arrival I was greeted by extremely friendly and welcoming staff with a perfectly clean reception/lobby. I was checked in swiftly (special thanks to Mr. Samr). As for the room, it is one of the most spacious and luxurious suite room with fantastic view of the sea and infinity swimming pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room absolutely huge. The swimming pool was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to coffee shops and restaurants. Overall I wish my stay here was longer and would highly recommend it. We for sure will stay at this Hotel again.

Our stay at Royal M was generally satisfactory, and we would like to commend two of your staff members, Cristina and Dolly, at the check-in and check-out reception. They were warm and professional. Cristina's efficiency during check-in made the process seamless, and she even offered a room upgrade which we gladly accepted. Dolly's friendly assistance during check-out was the perfect end to our stay. The staff also welcomed us with a cake and swan-towel-arrangements for our anniversary. The room was comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The view from the room was delightful. The pool is large but a bit cold. We were expecting the water to be a little warmer, considering it's winter time in the UAE. While my son enjoyed it, my husband was expecting a deeper section in the pool suitable for adults. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our time in the pool."

They gave as free complimentary room upgrade with pool and sea view. Staff are well trained and accommodating. Overall this is our favorite hotel here in Abu Dhabi, we will keep on coming back for a short staycation. And this hotel is memorable for us since we booked last Feb 2022 here for our wedding day and this year Aug 2023 we celebrate our son post birthday.

The Crown Island, felt so empty and dull. It will be nice if it will be well maintained and improve the facility.The tourist will keep coming back, if they can make this island more lively and renovated.

I stayed two times in this hotel. The location, view, waterpool was highly evaluated by my children. Overall hotel is comfortable and fit for families and for business travelers. Rooms are clean, staff is supportive and nice. There are several restaurants outside of the hotel territory. Wifi is good for work and zoom calls.

I was dining outside but the quality of food on breakfasts rank as 6 out of 10: Bakery products are not fresh, for example, croissants are look and taste solid like its more than two days freshness. Overall, not much choice. Regarding cosmetics in a bathroom, seems they used to have collaboration with Elemis brand before. But as for now the tubes with shampoo and shower gel are filled with other than Elemis liquids (my wife is using this cosmetics brand and she was disappointed of such fake).

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room is fantastic and spacious, with a gorgeous swimming pool and sea view. They have a huge swimming pool with an immediate view of the sea. Also, it is temperature-controlled. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are perfect buffet, with a lot of variety. Also, it is very cheap for the in-house guests compared to other hotels. You can go on a sea trip immediately from the hotel.

The hotel is not facilitated for children, although they have a small pool for kids, but it looks like it was designed to welcome adults more. The entertainment needs to be increased. It is recommended the mangement inserts Biliardo's table, table tennis and soccer table.
