North Crest

Kathie and Pete were welcoming and friendly, they even gave us a courtesy call to advise us if we wanted to check in early then we could which was nice. The room (Ruby Chic) was a good size for a couple and the bed was comfortable. We were also provided with fresh milk and bottled water each day of our stay. Tea/ coffees and kettle were also provided in our room and a choice of biscuits. The bathroom had a shower and was quite roomy. We had to complete a breakfast tick sheet each night ready for the morning. The choices were great (vegetarian options were available) it was all freshly prepared and tasty. They also accompanied other requests too. The B&B had an outside seating area and also a bar which we didn't make use of but looked nice and was reasonably priced. Kathie and Pete also had a Labrador called Ollie who was well behaved and friendly. In regards to local amenities there was a pub down the road and it was close to the tram station (5 minute walk) which could take you into all the piers, Blackpool tower and pleasure beach. £6 for a return ticket or a family of 4 was £18 for the day. All in all we found the North Crest B&B a lovely place to stay during our family trip to Blackpool. Thank you both for a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay. Absolutely fantastic. Kathie and Pete was such good hosts really attentive. Beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need for your stay. Breakfast absolutely gorgeous and really appreciate the willingness to do my foodie requests ha ha. Love the attention to detail. The small things like fresh milk in our room. We brought milk as normally you get this little pasteurised milks and we love a good cuppa. The little extras like shower gel and netflix and Disney plus when we were chilling in the evening after a long day exploring. The little things make all the difference. Were already planning on when we can next visit next year. Cherry on the cake ....Ollie the golden lab. Absolute little gem and sweetheart.

Nothing to not like. A perfect stay

Really friendly check in upon arrival, Kathie got us organised very efficiently and we settled in in no time at all. The entire accommodation is immaculate and well presented and had everything we needed, including a very fairly priced bar. The garden area to the front is perfect, it has a very contemporary and relaxing water feature, is well maintained and plenty of seating, ideal for us to have a few drinks alongside these excellent hosts and other friendly guests before bed! The breakfast was top drawer, excellent cooked breakfast with quality ingredients with a great choice of cereals, waffles, croissants etc too. Highly recommended. Thanks Kathie and Pete

Amazing host, went above and beyond for us to feel good. Extremely clean and loved the attention to details. Highly recommended and will go back !

What a great find , Lovely small B & B with nice decor .We booked their "small " double room but i don`t class it as small , it was cosy and at the rear of the house so very quiet & also very warm. Tea & coffee facilities very conveniently placed . We had a fab ensuite bathroom all very clean and modern . The breakfast choice was vast and was plentiful and tasty. Wish we could have stayed another night to try other breakfast choices too. Parking on the road just outside the b & b which helped too. Will definately stay again

Wow, what can I say? Starting with I wish we could have stayed longer, such a lovely, welcoming & down to earth couple running this b&b. I stayed here on good Friday for 1 night with my 13 year old daughter & her friend. First of all the location is north end but it’s such a lovely, quieter area & we loved that. Plus it’s right next to the tram stop so worked out perfect for us. The b&b is so cute & gorgeous, spotlessly clean & modern with literally everything you need in the rooms etc. The beds were so comfy & the breakfast was the nicest I’ve ever had in a b&b or hotel. Meeting Ollie the dog made our stay even better as we are dog lovers and I can guarantee we will be back again hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks for having us!

Nothing. Everything was just perfect

We stayed in the small double and it was a lovely clean room. Didn't think it was that small tbh. We got a message to say we could check in earlier than 2pm and weren't in a rush for us to go. The breakfast was lovely. It must of been pretty good as i was hungover and not really in a mood for any food but i did enjoy it. It says no parking but there are loads of places to park and we parked right outside the hotel for 2 days.

nothing. Well other than Blackpool is looking a bit tired these days but the hotel is just over the road from the tram stop so we had a trip out to Cleverley's that was very nice.

Kathie and Pete were fantastic hosts; we received a warm welcome; room was large, comfortable and very well kept; whole establishment is a very high standard; great breakfast each morning; the bar area is a fab addition- somewhere to relax after a busy day; we found the location to be perfect - a quieter area just a short distance from the “main” tourist area which is walkable (a lovely walk on a nice day)and has a tram stop less than a minute away which takes you everywhere you would want to be when visiting Blackpool.

On arrival we were met by Kathie who showed us to our room which was excellent. Small touches like a fridge stocked with bottles of water and a pint of fresh milk. Dressing gowns hanging on the bathroom door.Huge modern smart TV on the wall. After going out for a planned meal,we retired back to the North Crest to sit in bar area and plan the following day. We were in the company of Pete and Ollie the Labrador. Very chilled and relaxing atmosphere. Great choices on drinks menu. We were given the breakfast menu to select our choices and time to eat. Breakfast freshly prepared and cooked. Delicious. We have stayed in a lot of hotels, B&B's and guest houses in Blackpool paying a lot more money and this is a gem. My family truly enjoyed our stay with Kathie, Pete and Ollie and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend to family or friends. Plenty of free street parking at the location.
