Great central location and a very reasonable price

Lots of traffic/ city noise at night - unavoidable because of location but be aware if you’re looking for somewhere quiet. Description on booking didn’t accurately reflect the accommodation - one bed up a high ladder - fine for us but not easily accessible

The stay and welcoming, friendly staff was great. The room was really lovely and being able to have the freedom to come and go as we please, whilst self-catering just really added to the comfort of everything.

The only reason I rated the facilities down just a little bit, was that perhaps there could have been one or two more pots and pans or an extra knife to work with, but if you plan meals carefully, it is workable. Plus you have the added bonus of the microwave to help with this too. Overall, a really lovely stay there indeed. Will happily stay there again.

Highly recommended. Right in the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate water leak through the ceiling but it was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Always someone at the desk (until 10pm). Apartment was clean, large, bright and airy. Was fully equipped and included tea-towel, washing up liquid, cloth etc. which was a bonus. Large comfy beds and large fluffy towels. Toiletries also provided. We would definitely use again when returning to Plymouth.

Could do with more shelves/storage and towel rails in the bathroom.

Really lovely modern, well equipped, clean room, has everything needed and I would've happily spent more time here. (Actually have booked again for future trips.) On a personal note I loved the decor, it's how I would have my own house- if I actually cleaned up more and bothered to finish redecorating. Location was perfect for me, bus stops are right across the road and there are enough shops etc around that I could spend a few days there without any problems getting whatever I need and getting buses to wherever I want to go. Very nice friendly staff as well, all round very pleasant experience and for a first visit was really the best choice.

Very clean and well equipped and reception staff were very friendly. Well done reception team and also I asked the cleaners to just give my room a quick hoover and it wasn’t no trouble.

Could have done with a broom, the shower was very low power and after a hard day it just dribbled I understand that it’s linked to a system but could do with additional pump, in the main bathroom it seems the tiles were short by the door frame and a lose tile by the door, minor maintenance issues just seemed unfinished!.. I reported to reception the loose tile and they did say they would address straight away if required.

Great location, very close to restaurants and shopping centers. Kitchen in room is equipped with just enough which allows for preparing quick meals. Friendly and accommodating staff.

As it was still quite warm (September) we had the windows open and the fan going. As we had a street side room this allowed the noise in from the street below which only became a problem on the weekend when party goers were coming home in good spirits at 2:30am. Of course this has nothing to do with the property itself, but something to note when booking a room.

Our room was at the front of the property which is located on a busy / main thoroughfare. The window was very fiddly and wouldn’t shut properly which meant there was a lot of noise from traffic etc. blinds were broken and wouldn’t close initially but reported to a member of staff who helped fix Also room which was on second floor was very warm and no air con - luckily we took our own fan - the heat would have been really uncomfortable without

Clean and well appointed studio apartment with comfy beds. Nice bathroom with spacious shower - Ideal for my short 3 day stay. Close to shops and amenities.

Signage isn't great as there are a couple of buildings with fox house and would help if the entrance sign was more prominent. Also the room I stayed in faced out onto the rear of a few other buildings and every so often there was noise from people disposing of what sounded like glass bottles. Also be aware that there is no dedicated parking at this property and payment is mostly by an app. £16 per 24 hours. Finally and this is a personal observation, why do building planners place the toilet seat so close to the wall? Im 6,2" and 92kg and not putting too fine a point on it, had to ride side saddle !!

Cleanliness, knowledgeable & friendly Staff, location, security, check in, room facilities, white soft towels, fully equipped kitchen, prestine bedding, comfortable bed & pillows, bathroom toiletries, walking distance from both train or bus station, close to the Barbican, the Hoe & shopping centres.

Having a room at the back was a little bit noisy iearly n the morning esoecially if window is open in hot weather, due to a pub close by. Cleaning cupboard for Staff was right outside our room. It can be a bit noisy if you want to have a lay in but it didn't bother us. Just want to give some feedback if you are accommodated in this room. Also forr Staff to be aware of, but I reiterate that it didn't bother us.

Very clean and well appointed room, with everything I could need for my stay. Nice shower and other facilities including a fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked being able to open the window to get some fresh air. I was very pleased to have the large TV, as I didn't bring anything with me for entertainment purposes. Everything worked perfectly, and I was especially impressed with the standard of cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again.

Very minor point but I hadn't totally clocked it would be a single bed - my fault. This didn't make much difference overall though, as it was a generously sized one and it was very comfortable. Only other thing would be to make it easier to move the TV to be visible from the bed without hitting the wall. But very very minor points which wouldn't put me off staying again :)
