Quality Inn Casa Grande I-10

That the housekeeper threw my family out at 10:30 am when I was on my way back from getting gas, check out wasn't until 11 am

Staff was friendly, great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Room was large and bed was comfy. Nice bathroom.

Furniture was a little worn but clean and comfortable. I think they could use a better maintenance person, some of the items that had been fixed were not done in a professional manner.

Everything was clean and staff was amazing. Only thing is that it smelled like they mopped with a dirty mop but Everything looked clean

The location. If you're going to stay there just make sure you don't leave anything out. We got some things stolen from the back of the truck. Our fault for not putting it away but we never had to. Lear.ed lesson

breakfast was great (very friendly breakfast lady who made great apple-cinnamon waffles), room was very good (just a little worn down, pillows were a bit lumpy), bed was fine and pretty comfy, fridge was clean and useful, a/c was great! this place was a great value, staff were all friendly and helpful

need to consider getting new pillows (lumpy and "used"), cigarette burns on some linens,

Location. All of the staff were very nice and helpful when I had a problem.

Water was never hot to take a shower and the hair dryer wasn’t attached to the wall very well so was afraid it would pull loose

The free breakfast was good with several options available. The attendant in the dining room was extremely friendly and greeted everyone when they came in.

The AC/Heating unit is a bit noisy. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

The staff, very nice. The location was very quiet. They actually served breakfast. Hot breakfast bacon eggs potatoes & waffles. The hours for breakfast was perfect too. 6:30-9:30. The lady in there is awesome at her job too. You can tell she loves serving. All the staff there was very good.

The stairs. Being upstairs with a bad knee was difficult.

The view outside was awesome. We sat outside a lot in the morning watching the sunrise. It was beautiful. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was awesome and the people that work there.

I have not received my deposit back yet. But I am assuming I will.

We ended up staying 2 extra nights and I was given the price of my original stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I was given a sheet to hang on the door to let housekeeping know exactly what I needed done. The pool and hot tub were excellent and clean! The Dennys restaurant is in the same parking lot and food was good but spendy.

We were on 2nd floor and had 4 pieces of luggage and food to carry up, because there is no elevator.

Tried to check in at noon and the lady behind the desk was kind of rude said check in was not until 2:30 would have nothing to do with trying to get me a early check in. Once I checked in later that afternoon asked for some extra towels after sitting in the hot tub and was told they had none seemed like she was more interested in the call she was on talking about her kids then doing her job.
