paying for parking on top of room fee. I fell if you are paying for the room, parking should be part of that.

If i had to pick something it would be the breakfast. it was OK but it can be better and it stops serving at 9am and parking would be nice if I didn't have pay an additional fee

i had to switch rooms bc the rugs were old and stained as well as the couch that was covered in stains and black spots. Felt old and dirty. So I didnt want to walk without shoes or sit on the couch. The second room was better but not great. Old and stained as well, but a little less so. Everything else was clean. Couches and carpeting need upgrades!

This hotel was exactly I needed. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great and super clean. I am a light sleeper and normally travel with earplugs but I didn't have to use them because the walls were thick and I could sleep in with zero issues. There was a pretty decent gym that was open 24 hours and I was able to use the treadmill several times without any issues. I didn't use the pool but there were a lot of outdoor and indoor lounging areas which I appreciated. You don't always want to spend your time in the room so it was nice to have the option. There was a nice fire pit outside that stayed on until 10pm so you could enjoy the outdoors while still feeling warm. The parking was really easy to use. I have been at other hotels where the parking is very tight and finding a spot is stressful but I never had a problem. I didn't use the free breakfast much, because it was over by 9am and I eat a lot later but it seemed to have good number of options and the staff worked hard to replenish the food but after 830am it was slim pickings on many days.

I travelled all the way from Mumbai, India and stayed here for a week. My stay was really good. The room was spacious and super comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good! The daily selection comprised cornflakes, other cereals , fruits and two other items such as turkey or beef sausages, a quiche or an egg and cheese sandwich, along with coffee and muffins. Good selection of teas, spreads, jams etc. Enough to fill you up. The staff was particularly helpful and friendly. They had a beef patty one day, and since I don't eat beef, they got me a sandwich of my choice. The breakfast ends at 9:30 am, so one needs to be up and there on time. The lobby area has a good selection of beverages, drinks and food items (noodles, popcorn) that can be purchased if needed. Each room has a microwave, a coffee brewer (good coffee) and a mini refrigerator. The swimming pool is always buzzing! Although I didn't get a chance to use it. Didn't use the gym so can't comment on that. Lastly, the location is good. The San Fernando Blvd and many of the restaurants there are at a walking distance (5-7 mins). Internet is great. Would love to stay here the next time too, if I visit Burbank again.

Super easy hotel experience - first time at the property. Loved the space - everything nice and easy. Huge lobby with sweeping staircase. Great outside space with grills, seating, pool, outdoor games and a hot tub.

Like everyone else says - the parking is expensive! Not a huge amount going on in the area, but works well as a hub.

Breakfast bar was very good - seating is limited but most of the folks were off to universal so getting there a bit after the rush helped. The rooms are big and very clean. Parking was covered and there was no problem fitting a very large vehicle in the parking garage.

There aren't many other food options close. The traffic noise can take a bit of getting used to if you don't live next to a well traveled road.

We loved the attention to detail how fresh the gorgeous flowers were upon entering the hotel. Every inch of the hotel was clean! I constantly saw housekeepers cleaning. In the mist of COVID it gave me a peace of mind that you really cared about your guests and staff!! The hotel staff including the valet were extremely friendly and the concierge was AMAZING!! The cabanas and rooftop bar made our trip extra special for adult time. The higher end products that were used in the room such as towels, sheets, pillows, lotions. The tub was exquisite I thought I at home which is a great thing!! Your staff remembered it was our sons 12th birthday and surprised him with a beautiful hand written card. With that they also had fresh fruit, cookies and milk. And they didn’t forget us the parents they had a beautiful display of champagne arranged with gorgeous flutes.

The pancakes were cold and not tasty. Other than breakfast we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was a great size for my family of 5. Breakfast was very convenient and we liked all the options.

The bathroom was huge! It would have been nice for there to be shower curtain or something along those lines. Or shower separate from the toilet and sink. We could only have one person in the bathroom at a time. More hooks/ bars for wet towels.
