Loved the location, the room was clean, bed was comfy, bath was big, hosts were friendly and accommodating. Not your typical "hotel" sign in. You just check your email for entry, after registering online, find your room number, done! Excellent!!! Marnie and Jon suggested the Freeport Bar and Grill next door. What a treat. Cool "local" bar vibe, cute restaurant with new covered outdoor dining, amazing food and great choices of wine and beer. I highly recommend the fish and chips. Delish!

No real TV programs to watch, so I just signed I to Peacock and watched one of my series.

I truly enjoyed the peace an quite and I also loved the bar an grill that was not even a block away from inn.i also truly enjoyed the privacy that the this establishment extends to there guest.It was a truly beautiful an relaxing stay

I enjoyed the bottle of wine I purchased and the jacuzzi bath. it took me awhile to figure out how the TV worked but once I did that was relaxing. it was helpful to have blinds on the windows to keep out the heat.

There wasn't much to not like. I did experience a few ants crawling on the bathroom sink but I brought that to the staff attention and they gave me something to use, that was helpful.

The owners sent precise instructions to check in, which was excellent because I ended up being later than expected due to some serious traffic north of LA. The room was really nice, with a soft bed and big bathtub. Though the bistro was closed when I was there, the property is in walking distance of a bar/restaurant. It was also nice that the TV had access to Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as live news. I liked that this was close to the highway but not in the downtown area of Sacramento.

Everything about this place really was fantastic. It was quiet. It was comfortable. The staff was super helpful and our room was really clean and comfortable. We missed breakfast because we got up so late, that's how comfortable our bed was, and everything about the place felt secluded and private. Although, the parking lot was pretty full I don't believe we noticed anyone else even being there except once when we were getting ready to leave, as were the other couple we saw. Really cool place.

I'm not sure I could suggest any improvements, quite honestly. This place was so quiet, secluded, and private that we felt like we must be the bad apples in the bunch and we felt a little apprehensive over all. That's not their fault. That's our fault. Make sure quiet, private and secluded are what you want because that's what you're going to get to an extreme degree.

Cozy Inn with great location by the Sacramento River and a nice bar/restaurant next door. We'd definitely stay here again. My wife really. liked the spa tub in the room. No problems whatsoever during our stay.

I think the restaurant at the Inn was closed during my stay. That would have been nice to try, but it didn't make me like the place any less.

Bed was comfy. A/C worked great! Jacuzzi tub was fun. Perfect spot to stay after our wedding at Scribner Bend. I loved that they gave us a bottle of wine!

Wish I had seen a staff member to thank the next morning. We couldn't find anybody to check out with, so we left the key in the room. Screen door on the patio would have been nice, so we could enjoy the delta breezes without bringing bugs into the room.

I like this little place. It feels unique and special. It's less than 15 minutes to my sister's house and I don't need to use the freeway at all to get there. We had lunch at the Bar and Grill next door and it was excellent. Thanks.

I liked the fact that it was so quiet! Check in was already done online and just needed a code to get into the door which was emailed to me beforehand. I did not remember that and called the number given to me in another email and it was answered immediately and I was able to get into the front door. The lady was super nice even though it was my fault I did not remember the email. The room was spectacular! The bed was the best I have ever slept in. Thank you!

We were supposed to have a meal voucher/credit but the restaurant was never open when we were there. I thought it would have been open for lunch at least. Maybe we can use it for another day???

The owner greeted us himself and was very accommodating, very friendly and courteous! He even made a special effort to provide us with what we needed for continuing our vacation. This place is darling, quaint, and a great place to stay.

When we made our booking, there was nothing stating "in house" bistro was not yet open for business. After a full day driving, we were expecting to eat onsite after checking in and getting settled, and were told that the bistro/wine tasting has not yet reopened post-covid. We walked about a half block away to the nearest restaurant, which is likely affiliated with the Inn because it does share the same name.
