La Bellasera Hotel And Suites

We had a wonderful king suite on 2nd floor with great amenities and room lay out. The entry/living room had a TV (separate from TV across from bed), so baseball game in one space and nap in the bedroom worked out for us! Beautiful bathroom. We have eaten dinner at restaurant before (quite good) and enjoyed the breakfast for first time. We like the proximity to 46W for quick access to wineries. Will definitely stay here again.

Odd machine sound popped on at 6:30 am - lasted about an hour. I recorded sound to share with staff; front desk indicated that it has been problem before in this room (202) and they are trying to track down reason. Might be venting for kitchen? Fortunately I was able to go back to sleep.

Love everything about this Hotel, the room was big and comfortable...very clean also. Nice area with lots of restaurants around the hotel. Front desk was very helpful and attentive, especially the young guy who did our check in on Sunday May 1st.(sorry don't remember your name) This was our first time staying at La Bellasera Hotel and it was great!! For sure we will be back to Bellasera when we visit Paso Robles again.🙂

The night stand lights fixtures were to bright!

The staff at the front desk were all very professional, courteous and provided exceptional customer service. The room/suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was wonderful having a balcony which we sat on every morning and evening. The kitchenette area was great - a good size refrigerator which was a savior in the extreme heat.

No kitchen utensils- there were plates, pots and silverware, but we had to purchase some kitchen utensils such as kitchen knives etc for food prep. Rooms were relatively clean but cleaning staff did not clean as efficiently as they could to describe the room as “sanitized” - we picked up some empty coffee creamer cups - very visible- under a chair.

spa services are advertised on the website, and plaques exist pointing the way to the spa, but when it came time for our appointment we were told the spa hadn’t been there for years and we would have to drive to get there. It wasn’t far but we were hoping to just stay there and hadn’t allowed for travel time.

Our stay at La Bellasera Hotel & Suites was AMAZING and exceeded our expectations. Besides the hotel's awesome location and quick accessibility to wineries off of the CA-46, our suite was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating especially when the A/C unit in our first suite was broken and they moved us to another suite (on the first floor and more accessible to the lovely pool area) without incident. There is also a fabulous restaurant (Enoteca) on the hotel grounds from which we conveniently ordered room service that arrived super fast and still hot! However, my most memorable and appreciative moment about our stay was when the hotel's GM replaced one of our newly-bought bottles of white wine that fell out of car and broke with a better white varietal - AT NO COST! We were so surprised yet grateful for this kind gesture that I will always remember. We can't wait to go back!

Nothing - it was a fantastic stay!

The restuant/Bar was great. Good food and drink and the staff was very attentive and nice. The room was nice and confrotable.

The shower was a handy capped shower and the shower head was low. Did not like that there was no maid srevice for our three nights stay. Twice I had to go down to the desk and get towels and coffee pads. For what we were paying per night, someone stopping by and making our bed and making sure we had clean towels and coffee for the morning isn't asking too much.

loved the property but was very unhappy with our breakfast experience. We sat without recognition or service for about fifteen minutes. We got our menu and a cup of coffee from the front lobby. came back and still no recognition or service. We left and went to another restaurant.

The whirlpool in the King bed suite was really nice. The room was well decorated. Parking was free and easy. The location was handy. Across the street from some stores and food options. The Starbucks was open on Thanksgiving! Near all the 46 East wineries and close to downtown Paso Robles. Lots of channels on the TV. Adequate internet.

comfortable beds, large over size tub, but was difficult to get in and out of. love the fireplace to take the chill out of the air quickly and added to the ambience.

not enough sitting area for more than 1 at the desk and one on a chaise lounge.

After first night I never put the do not disturb but someone did so I got no housekeeping the first morning
