Best Western Valencia/Six Flags Inn & Suites

Clean, spacious room, nice facility, comfortable bed, Denny’s in the parking lot. Room had high ceilings which was really nice. There was no noise from the surrounding rooms. Very basic accommodation but most likely your either working in the area, stopping through on a road trip, or going to six flags so luxury isn’t needed. For the money, if you get a deal, stay here. The front desk clerk who checked me in was super nice and didn’t fake rapport building but did make conversation, which is refreshing.

You need to realize that this is very much a budget hotel when staying here. The property itself is nice but the room smelled off (like someone smoked in it last month).

Room was spacious. Would like to have had one additional luggage rack. I could have asked for one, but did not. Front desk staff very accommodating. I asked and received an extra blanket right away. Over all, nice accommodation. Not fond of the gray on gray color scheme - very cold, lacked warmth.

Gray color scheme throughout the property. Very cold. And the breakfasts are atrocious. There was a cheese omelet, folded as an omelet should be. It was rubbery and lacking flavor and terrible tasting. There were no potatoes, just sausage. I often travel to a Comfort Inn in Uintah, Utah. Excellent breakfast- scrambled eggs, great bacon with biscuits and gravy. So much better. And they have Keurig coffee in the rooms in Utah.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and the beds were great! The staff is very friendly! The rooms are clean.

The breakfast is provided, but the choice is very limited (to my taste). The laundry rooms are available for the guests, but you need to pay for the service via an app. The app didn't accept the credit card and constantly showed the error (without any further details). The staff couldn't help as the laundry service provided by 3rd party. So we had to find another laundry in the town.

Great location if you or your family wanted to go to Six Flags Mountain

The upper room above us - those people doesn't stop walking or stomping even it's already 2am in the morning. We can hear their movements that makes us specially me a shallow sleeper to abruptly woke up when I hear noise/s - that makes me irritable for the whole day because of lack of sleep.

Breakfast was nice could been more options The breakfast area was nice a clean loved having a tv to watch also there there was no cream cheese for the bagel

For some reason the phone in the room kept ringing when we put it back it ring, so we had to take it off the hook the entire stay at the hotel. It was kind of unsettling me being a over thinker. Also there was never any towel at the swimming pool

The location is very close to 6 Flags Magic Mountain. Pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast had sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, bagels cream cheese oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate and juice. Beds were comfy. Great value for the price and would definitely stay again.

It was a little stuffy. Not sure why they didn’t remodel the Bathtub/shower at the same time as the rooms.

The staff was friendly they didn't have our second room reservation when we arrived but the gal upfront did everything she could to try to help. We did end up all six staying in our rather large king suite the first night but it was for the better after our stressful flight. We all fit comfortably together.

There were a few paint scratched or peeling spots we had to watch with our toddler. Other then that they were no other issues.

The pics of the suit were accurate. Loved the xtra pull out bed in the couch. The front desk staff were professional and cleaning staff were very warm and friendly. The pool area was clean and updated and heated. We were excited to see a small wild bunny visit in the grassy area. We used the gym. The breakfast & waffles were delicious! dining area kept clean and well stocked during breakfast. super close/ across the freeway to SixFlags.

The parking lot isn’t large enough for all the guest to park up front. I ended up parking behind the hotel. y accident, luckily there were stairs from pool area to that upper level next to a diff hotel. No issues over night. Bummed the guest printer didn’t work.

I thought it was very clean and the staff was SUPER nice! I also liked the bus option to drop off and pick up at 6 flags!

I didn’t like waiting 25 minutes for omelettes to be made and had to wait for sausages and sausage patties. There was a very long line waiting behind me and when they brought out new ones, some people were still waiting for some. There was also no yogurt and no fruit available.

there were a few things: gym was very dirty one day, also. and I reported this but it wasn’t fixed, was the water cooler in the workout room wasn’t operational and the clock wasn’t either. also we stayed 7 days and had no room cleaning till we asked for it on day 5.
