10* Customer service Room upkeep Friendly staff Easy check in Breakfast Mrs. Hope checked us in and she was absolutely amazing! Although other quest were giving her a hard time, she remained professional and went above and beyond to ensure all guest were happy and got everything situated with a smile. The staff are friendly and make the stay very welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here.

I liked the attentiveness of the staff. All the staff was friendly and were very helpful with answering questions. The front desk manager Hope Forsyth provided exceptional customer service.

The rooms need a little upgrade.

Always clean and quiet. The location is close to stores and freeway for ease of needing to go places. Staff for sure make the stay, friendly and super helpful.

Sometimes the WiFi would go in and out.

Location was convenient. Renee, front desk lady, was super friendly. Easy check in.

Everything was dated in the room. Tv’s old. Lamps wobbly and what not... beige beige beige. We stay at a lot of hotels due to my husbands job and we normally charge our phone off a lamp or table... nothing was updated like that and we paid $190 for the night which honestly seemed a bit high for what was offered.

Breakfast was good, clean location People very helpful throughout the hotel. The location was good and everything I needed worked. I think the staff really made an effort to make everything as comfortable as possible

washing machine was inoperable.

The properties location was perfect for wine tasting in Temecula as well as visiting old town Temecula.

The water pressure in the shower could’ve been a little bit better. I understand conservation but when you have to stay in there for what feels like twice the time just to rinse shampoo out of your hair it would seem to me that having a little more water pressure come out would be more efficient.

The room was clean as well as the facilities.

A little noisy with the traffic and lack of carpeting in the room. There were some guests down the hall from us smoking Marijuana 🤔

I did book ahead so rate was very fair for what I got. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, quiet. Everything I needed, especially after my horrible experience at the Riverside Rodeway Inn.

Really have nothing negative to say about it. Only downside really was that if you don't book in advance weekend rates are quite steep.

We could not have breakfast due to Covid, but coffee to go was made available-which was great. Staff was responsive to explaining tv fix. AC worked well and the refrig.

All and all the place was comfy and quiet overall. The elevator flooring could have been cleaner, but I understand Staff would have to catch that on a non-busy time.

Right by the freeway. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Later checkout than normal.

Homeless man was outside in parking lot bugging people when I was leaving.
