I didn't like my first stay there two weeks prior when the NCAA basketball tournament was held in Sacramento and the room prices were jacked up by a couple of hundred dollars for the second night of my stay. I have already explained how i was i given no notice be to accept the room but was told someone was standing at the desk who would take the room if I didn't want to stay the second night at the much higher price. Poor tactics from your front deak.

great centralized location for the downtown event we attended at Discovery Park and easy freeway access! the property is fairly new so everything was impeccable, modern, clean and quiet. the staff was very accommodating with early check so we could get to our event in time! Front desk customer service ( I didn’t get her name) was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and so was the staff always asking is everything was ok and it truly was! Thank You!

Our room was fairly close to the front lobby. There was a soccer tournament happening and a family reunion so it was pretty loud in the evening even after 10pm. I had asked for a room that was quiet prior to coming but we probably were placed in a room that had proximity to the most noise.

I had the pleasure of staying here on their grand opening night. This hotel is beautiful and modern. The amenities were all on point (with the exception of breakfast, but that is to be expected, as they were following COVID protocols). The room was very nice. It had a beautiful wood and glass finish with a full sized couch and nice desk nook that separates the sleeping area from the entry. They also use a more modern approach to energy savings. There is a master switch near the door that required a key in it (your room key) to turn on the lights. When I put my key in, everything turned on in a kind of dramatic welcome. It was a nice touch. The bathroom continued the beautiful modern design with white quartz surfaces and glass shower fittings. They even give you Paul Mitchell salon toiletries (which had a very pleasant but not over-stated citrus scent).

Almost everything about this hotel is a step above. There is very little to complain about. The only (super tiny) nitpick that I have is the TV placement. It's in an awkward place in the middle of the room that makes it kind of difficult to see from any one place you'd be watching (e.g. the TV, the couch, or the desk). It's not really a big deal though.

The breakfast was good. There were hot foods ready for grab and go. They also have optional real plates and glasses or disposable ones that you can take back to your room.

They didn't have a freezer with their fridge. Also, the fridge has a limit of 2 hours being on unless you press the button again so sometimes our food/beverages would not be as cold as expected.

Super clean and large room, bigger than expected. Nice toiletries and linen.

The ice machine was far away on another floor and there wasn't a map telling where it was. I had to call the front desk to find my way to it. That could be better.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! I had a King Suite and it there were so much room almost too much room because I didn’t even need all that space! Love the quiet nice location, everyone were so friendly & place is so clean—you can eat candy off the floor haha!

Loved the proximity to the CHP academy and access to the freeway. The room was lovely and beautiful breakfast!! Very friendly staff and extremely clean!!

One of the elevators wasn’t working with a full hotel, slightly annoying!

Breakfast had wide variety, was very good quality, and was hot. Room was very well maintained and spacious. Really like having the Level 2 EV chargers available. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was more than I expected and tasty. Rooms were neat and clean. Beds were comfortable Easy to get in and out of and on the freeway.

It was a bit isolated.
