Hampton Inn & Suites Braselton

We had a wonderful stay and loved that it’s on the same property as Chateau Elan. We could easily walk to the tasting room and restaurants there. The view from our room was beautiful. We loved the hammocks and the pool surrounded by the vineyards.

Everything was clean except there was a questionable red stain on the wall behind the toilet. We also were disappointed that we didn’t have access to some of the amenities in the Chateau Elan resort even though we were on the same property.

Location!! This Hampton was so clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. There's wine available for purchase if you can't make it to the winery. The winery itself is Beautiful. I stayed here because it was beautiful and safe. We drove to Atlanta for the Imagine Dragons concert and I was looking for a safe place to stay afterwards. I worked at a Hampton Inn as a night auditor, so I'm familiar with their great Customer Quality!!

Their breakfast looked nice except for their eggs. They looked watery. Everything else was perfect.

the property is very clean. smelled fresh upon arrival. love that. the beds where amazing. I had a great nights sleep. the continental breakfast was bomb. that oatmeal was like crack. soooo good. Highly recommend. will stay in the future.

The breakfast was awesome and so was the staff. The location was amazing due to it being on the property of the winery.

The mattress as a bit firm for me, but I am use to my sleep number bed with personalized settings. Other than that, it was an excellent stay!

Great location to the wedding we were attending - clean and grounds were well kept. Breakfast was nice bonus.

A/C unit was very noisy - rattled. And can’t sleep well with noise kicking on and off.

The hotel is part of the Chateau Elan property. You can actually walk to the winery. You can sit out by the pool and your view is the vineyard and Chateau. Hotel is very nice, great breakfast, pleasant staff!

John, at the front desk, was very helpful and accommodating! Very patient with all my questions. Mary Jo was as well.

Had some elevator troubles while we were there.

We are so glad we stayed here. The room was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly. The location is beautiful.

Beautiful property and close to the event we were attending. The room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Large table in the middle of the room was a bit odd. There wasn’t enough lighting in the bathroom area. The rate we paid, using the group rate we were given, was much more than the advertised price for the same days.

They provided a decent hot breakfast. This hotel had great amenities. Beautiful facility and location

Two things were not ideal. The bed pillows were not great and the placement of the air conditioner did not cool the whole room. The couch area was freezing and the bed area was hot. Needed a fan to circulate the air better
