Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus at Northlake, an IHG Hotel

We walked in and first think I notice was how clean and fresh smelling it was. The sweet lady behind the counter welcomed us with a smile. Got our key and headed to the room. Met other staff who smiled and said hello, all this time everywhere from the lobby, elevator, hallway and our room it smelled like a fresh cleaned house. Not just covered up by spray we could see how nice everything was.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!!!!!! The biscuits and gravy and grits were so tasty!! Everything was fresh, clean and delicious!!! Eating area was clean and food was fresh!! Sunset was beautiful out our window each evening.

shower curtain didn't really cover the shower well when pulled closed; curtain seemed old and plastic pieces at the top of the curtain seemed brittle; tile and floor looked a bit soiled in a few spots; dust ruffle on bed had stains; only one elevator was working and it was making creaking noises; when people came in from the pool, the floor in front of the elevators became slippery and wet

Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent hot and fresh. The facility was clean...not too fancy but clean. Not too far from the highway and close to shopping and restaurants.

I was on the 1st floor so it was a little noisy at times also seems like some construction was going on but it wasn't too much of a bother. I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on my TV or figure out the WiFi

Easy access to food and my granddaughters wedding.

My keycard didn’t work the entire time! I had to leave my door unlocked most of the time. When we left for the day we had to lock it! Struggled to get it open! Took 50-60 times. The kids took turns!

I loved how clean the room was when my family and I came in. The room smelled so good.. the housekeeper did an excellent job! And there staff from the breakfast serving food making sure it was warm. I loved that about her. And also when I was leaving the front office senior lady was so sweet. I would totally come back.

No room service while I stayed for 2 days but I know it was due to covid.

Convenient location. Very clean room. Taking great precautions. Very friendly courteous staff. Awesome breakfast served. Offered bottled water. Convenient parking.

Need better water pressure. Did not offer 24 hour coffee. Holiday inn express in the past was more reasonably priced. Their prices seem to have increased the last couple of years, however they achieve excellence in cleanliness, spacious rooms and great customer service. Feel confident staying at their facilities

The property was very clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing and the man preparing the food was very friendly and helpful!

The person managing the desk was good at check in but the clerk was short in reply and not helpful at all when asked about a restaurant that was advertised at the front entrance.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room

Trash around outside entry. Observed from room a guest urinating in the parking lot, drinking, and other possible illegal activities. Didn't report because of fear of retaliation. Need better monitoring of parking lot.

This is the only hotel chain we frequent. It's safe,clean, convenient and most important..THE BED..😄😄This place is a must for me..see you soon!

I didn't like the fact that I had to go down to smoke, but the good outweighed that❤️❤️❤️

The room was exactly as presented, was clean and had a very quiet a/c. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again😊
