Best Western Westminster Hotel

The location is great and the staff is excellent! I’ve stayed here twice now and enjoyed both stays very much. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean and stocked with plenty soft fluffy towels.

I could have used better instructions for the tv and remote. I had to do a lot of searching for channels. But that’s ok. It was still a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family vacation or personal getaway. Staff and amenities always exceed our expectations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our annual trip to this part of the country and wouldn’t dream of staying at any other hotel.

Normally at Christmas time I stay with my brother and his family, but since his daughter with her family was also visiting there was no room at the inn. Was a littlie unsure about staying the length of time at a hotel, but the staff, accommodations, and breakfast was great.

I always clean the room upon check in. The room was really clean, and didn't require much.

We were attached to an adjoining room, and they neighbors were really loud, and woke us up super early in the morning. The hotel wasn't crowded at all. The guess should have been more spaced out

I love the location! Love that it's clean and the facilities were open. The pool was fantastic to relax at.

I requested rooms on the first floor since there's no elevator and I was traveling with elderly parents. I got confirmation that was all set but when we arrived one room was on the second floor. They were able to change it but had to be at the end of the opposite corridor. That was better than the second floor but I was surprised with the confusion.

It's proximity to were I needed to be. All of the staff that I in countered were very hospitable and the room and bathroom was very clean

The "Hot" was not hot, nor was it any good in my opinion. Other than that no complaints

Air conditioning went on and off all night. Fridge made noise most of the night. Did not sleep well even though everything was clean and comfortable.

Plumbing (replace water temperature knob), service air conditioner and fridge.

The room was clean and comfortable. loved the breakfast. The area where it was served was very clean.

It was noisy in the morning. At around 6 am people were looking for the breakfast and the doors slammed and the people were talking loudly.

The location was very convenient. Parking on site. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was fine, very standard. I would stay here again.

Breakfast options were awesome. Room was clean and nice size.

The entrance door next to our room was not working. Husband walks with cane and route was long.
