Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boston Walpole

This location is managed very well loved the complimentary breakfast , the modern internet TV options, rooms/suites spacious pretty clean all around. One particular front desk clerk was annoyed by my questions.

I was bombarded with tons of pending charges on my credit card which has never happened before in other stays. I’m talking three $400 charges and three $171 charges 4 $40 charged crazy amounts. When I called they said it was because I had decreased my stay from 3 days to two. 🤷🏻‍♀️that’s the only thing I could say was odd and I didn’t like. Still have charges pending on my credit card account. Other than that this is a great stay. A gem 💎 like I said well managed!

Good value for money for the area Comfortable bed Huge tv with good channels Good basic breakfast Room amenities in good shape Had everything we needed around us close by - cafes restaurants etc.

Housekeeping issue: we spent more than 2 weeks and maybe had 3 housekeeping services although we asked repeatedly. It did not help that none of the housekeepers spoke english so zero communication with them when they came to our room (which was 3 times the day we were supposed to check out originally and then extended our stay which was not pleasant at all) Charging: every day we were charged hundred of dollars pending, charges and cancellation of charges approved happened every day which messed up our credit score. We asked to be billed one time and yet the charging was a complete mess. Noisy ac and another thing in the room woke us up every night, something behind the fridge. Both were very noisy when sleeping.

The stuff was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and ready even before the stated check-in time. The bed was very comfortable. The rollout screens on windows were beautiful and season-coordinated. The breakfast had several choices of egg dishes, sausages, cereals, porridge, teas and coffees in a spacious room. The pool was clean, well maintained, and not crowded even during weekend.

The doors and walls were not very sound proof. Even one hour before the check-in and with the room ready, the reception requested extra pay for early check-in. That was what I never encountered in any hotel in the US and abroad.

Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and eggs. Staff was awesome and restocked often and were constantly cleaning up and present even tho it was a self service buffet. Room clean and comfortable. There’s also a Dunkin Donuts in easy walking distance.

I did hear a little noise in the hallway during the night but it did not last long. It is on a busy road and I could not hear the cars at all so that’s a plus.

Good deal for my needs. Excellent staff! Andy in particular had a superb attitude and was extremely helpful! Other front desk staff also friendly and helpful when I called with a special request. Great facilities, very clean and clean smelling. Housekeeping does an excellent job! Will stay again!

No dislikes and not an issue for me, but location is on busy Rt 1, so traffic noise is present.

The hotel is wonderful and elegant. The reception was nice and welcoming. I thank Mrs. Anne for her warm welcome and kindness, and for arranging suites close to each other as a family. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is delicious. The location is excellent, next to restaurants and shopping centers.

Very nice spacious room, new and clean. Perfect! Although there is a big street nearby it is quiet in the night.

The neighborhood is nothing special surrounded by shops etc. To get to Boston you can drive by car to a nearby train station (e.g. Canton Junction). It works, but it could be better accessible.

Good location. Good breakfast. Clean rooms nice staff. Overall good

Literally no dresser to unpack (we stayed 4 nights) only 1 small nightstand with 2 small drawers. Low flow toilet - barely any water to flush which left a mess.. or had to flush several times…

Just what we wanted, short drive from Boston Logan Airport after a transatlantic flight from the UK. Had requested a quiet room which we had. Good night's sleep in a comfortable bed then breakfast was very good. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful..

Loved the breakfast and comfortable beds. I was also able to check in early as I had been on a red-eye flight. Several restaurants nearby as well as a nice grocery store, a Walmart and shopping plaza.

Wish Walpole was closer to Boston.
