Rooms were very clean and friendly staff. I reserved a nonsmoking room with 2 queen beds. was given a smoking room. we did get a room change but with 2 double beds. no queens available. Beds were just to small to really rest well.

No breakfast at this facility. They did offer coffee and had pre-packaged danish, cookies or muffins. To get a good "sit down" breakfast there was a restaurant downtown, about 3 miles. As I understand a close-by Perkins recently closed.
I assume the Motel is fairly new. The approach entrance is a gravel lot or driving through an adjacent parking lot.

Good location in walking distance to Walmart. Very clean and the rooms have been recently remodeled. Vending machines were actually reasonably priced.

There was no breakfast--only coffee and a cookie package. But room had a great refrigerator / freezer and a microwave so we were able to fix our own. Room was clean and linens were nice.
The faucet at the bathroom sink leaked all the time unless you turned it to just the right position and the day we left the handle came off completely.

Absolute best desk clerk ever...we were on a 10 day road trip, staying in a different hotel every night, and this clerk was amazing! Also, the cleanest hotel we stayed at BY FAR, and the best selection of items to choose from continental breakfast! Cannot find anything wrong with this hotel!

The location was great close to eating spots and Walmart for forgotten items. We have stayed here several times in the past. It's very basic shower, some tv and sleep...meets all those needs for a very reasonable price.
The double bed was a little small for 2 adults, but we managed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, very clean and well run. Coffee was ready at 4am for those early travelers we appreciated that. Right next door to Walmart if you need supplies.
