rooms clean and area nice
property was undergoing some renovations and my room had a few minor blemishes like my bathroom door needed to be painted and closet area had exposed wood showing that probably needed painting also. The rest of my room was fine and I was not upset with anything about it. I understand the renovation was going on and the hotel was nice and would most definitely stay at this location again

Updated and new. Comfortable bed. Huge tv. It was spacious and quiet. Excellent location for a long road trip across North Carolina. Perfect stopping point. Starbucks in the lobby.
I liked everything except my DoorDash meal; that’s a different story.

The rooms, despite undergoing remodeling were very nice. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I was surprised that this location did not offer complimentary breakfast or a complimentary cup of coffee. The breakfasts that were offered to purchase were too expensive.

I liked the easy check-in process. I also liked the "brown bag" continental breakfast. I also enjoyed the fact that even though the weather was bad my stay was welcoming and inviting. My birthday was on Valentine's Day and I was visiting from another state. Staff gave me a box of chocolate. I decided to stay an additional night and the process was so simple. I plan to stay again when I visit again.

Close to everything. My sister was in Forsyth hospital so it was nice being close by. My daughter loved the pool.
There were soccer families also staying and the teens were all over hotel. While the parents sat in lobby area drinking. They made a mess in breakfast area and got mad at staff for not having it cleaned right away.

Short in light switch, loose toilet handle (water runs until you shake it), moved to a room that had peeling wall paper and paint with exposed mold. Move to another room that smelled of smoke and the telephone didn't work. Moved back to original room (lesser of evils).
