Clean and comfortable room. Easy to regulate heat. Gentleman at front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and easy to get to.
I would suggest a diagram posted on the wall by the shower showing you how to operate it to adjust the temperature of the water. When I went to take a shower, I couldn't get hot water. Found out later that it is a 2-part system. Turn the handle to get the water. Turn a ring around the handle to adjust the temperature.

This was a quant little motel that was remarkably clean. No carpet, which is GREAT imo. The room was perfect size. No frills, I don't need frills. AVAC worked great, hot H2O with pressure. Perfect. I will stay here again.
For the value, I wouldn't change a thing.
