DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati - Blue Ash

Front desk staff friendly. Room VERY clean and spacious Breakfast & Wait Staff we’re EXCELLENT … we had a competition meet to get to and they got us (a family of 6) in and out with a smile. The parrot in the lobby stole my childrens heart and was a BONUS because we had to clue it was going to be there. They were sad he had a bedtime lol

Room was clean and comfy. Pool was perfect. But what really shines through here is the staff. They are obviously short staffed and still pulled through. Jasmine at the front desk is just amazing... winning smile and super helpful. Hank the maintenance guy (I’m assuming) is great.... was busy at work and made sure our stay was comfortable. Cordell (am I spelling that right?) is incredibly friendly. The GM was also hard at work helping and supporting his staff, making sure to keep the image of this hotel up to par. When I stay in this area this will be my go to for hotel accommodations. Hands down.

The property was great clean personnel was marvelous upon arrival. The woman handling check out and bill was the only drawback. She did not listen when I asked her to adjust the cost. Instead she charged the higher cost and stated you’ll receive a credit for the difference. What a disappointment for an otherwise marvelous trip. Family was there and had many rooms for graduation event. They use this hotel often. I’m a Bonvoy member and usually stay close by.

Breakfast buffet…but the 2 ladies sitting people and waiting on us were AWESOME!! I tipped them A LOT, both days, even though we had tickets for complimentary breakfasts while we were there.

Noise level on the floor…there were high school basketball teams/players staying on our floor and they’d run up and down the hallway late into the night.

Very spacious rooms for a pretty good price honestly. Very clean and hallways have such a clean smell I was impressed.

We noticed the hallways and stair ways have no cameras.. don’t think that’s a very safe idea.

Gave us the wrong room, so they added another. Both rooms were missing some basic supplies. Blankets were scratchy. Mattress was dirty/stained. The pool was dirty and cold. The hot tub was not available at all. The staff was amazing. The food was great. The bartender did phenomenal.

The breakfast buffet was great an food was hot..could offer waffles though..but in all was a great meal to start a day.

Pool was always crowded during day ..maybe some evening hours for adults only

The property was easy to get to & it was in a good area where you can feel safe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the couch & chair in the room were clean & in great shape. The room was clean & they make sure you have plenty of towels.

Pillows!! It is my own personal opinion so when I’m able I always bring my own...the pillows seem nice but when you put your head down, it goes flat! Everyone has their preference with pillows....!!

For the price the place is perfect. We stayed in a room with two full size beds that were just fine comfort wise. The room had all the amenities advertised and was clean. Queen size beds would be a great upgrade to the place.

It could use an update and queen size beds for families sharing a room. However, the place is exactly what you expect for a hotel at this price range.

Room temp good, pretty quiet, room comfy.

The room itself was pretty clean (fridge had sticky substance at bottom) but the pull out couch had dirty sheets just shoved in there for us to use! We called for fresh linens, comforter and pillow. New comforter had a stain! Regular beds were good though. They need to make sure to clean pull out thoroughly!!
