Staff was great, room was a good size, and beds were comfortable.

This goes for alot of hotels , but I always wonder why water pressure is so low for showers. On a number scale I would give it a 7 not the greatest pressure, but not the worst. Also wish lighting was better for around mirror area. I see this alot in hotels. It again was about a 7. The only other thing is maybe cosmetic that didn't disturb our stay, but for the price would be to fix the rolled wallpaper or update it and a larger TV for bigger rooms.

We didn't stay for breakfast so I have no opinion. I had my 90 year old mother with me and the staff was very helpful finding us a good room for her. Kudos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pillows (4!) on the bed were much appreciated! Cookies! Yay!

I guess there was construction, but we were not affected.

We liked comfortable beds and pillows and chairs. The Internet Wi Fi was very fast and good. The cleanliness of the Lobby and Rooms were very good. The front desk was helpful and very professional. The parking lot had plenty of spaces for all the cars. Also the hotel and rooms were very quiet.

There was no breakfast at all. No Grab and Go or coupon to get a breakfast somewhere else. Yes, Covid was a concern but that should not have stopped the hotel from being creative to prepare a Breakfast. The Best Western Hotels all had breakfast rooms.

Warm chocolate chip cookies and cold bottled water at check-in was a nice welcome (and a surprise). The hotel was clean and felt very safe (particularly given the homeless population just a block away).

We were somewhat surprised at check-in to learn that the breakfast offered in the morning was an additional charge (we thought the app said it was included). We were also advised by the front desk agent that the breakfast was not very good, and she recommended that we eat our breakfast elsewhere (we appreciated that advice).

Very comfortable bed, like the fact you don't hear your neighbors, windows open (need fresh air), curtains were good to block out light to sleep late. The hotel is just off the freeway centrally located in Salem. Staff very friendly.

Due to covid swimming pool and spa were closed. Didnt expect to pay for parking or the additional charge from my booking reservations.

The employee Bareta was the highlight of the trip. The room was comfy & the bed & pillows were very comfortable.

Some road noise. Our car battery died our first morning there and unfortunately the hotel didn't have a jump box or jumper cables.

Breakfast : did not use Staff at front desk upon check-in was Outstanding.

Lack of food service during renovation. Location of coffee maker and supplies in handicap accessible room.

Breakfast is an additional cost of 9.95 we did not pay for it as usually hotel Breakfast is very minimal and not what I would eat.

The most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept all my life. Beautiful linens. Very comfortable stay. The word I would use to describe it is classy. No complaints about the area even though other reviews seem to be upset about the area didn’t seem so bad to us at all. Shopping is nearby. Right off the freeway. A good value, given that it was priced better than other similar places in the area.
