The cleaniness of room. The front lobby. The outdoor patio. Within walking distance of Opry Mills shopping mall Grand Ole Opry as well as several restaurants such as McDonalds Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed. I tried to book the Nashville Music van shuttle the night before and was told to wait until the next morning. At 9:30 am I asked to be booked on the 10:00 am shuttle and was informed that it was full and I would have to wait until 10:30 or 11:00 am. It would be nice if there was a shuttle to the airport.

the hotel is close to Grand Ole Opry, the Opry Mall and General Jackson Showboat. there are several restaurant in the walking distance. the staff are super friendly, helpful and really make you feel welcomed, especially their Manager Tamara. it still was a little too cold for the pool. our only complaint was breakfast. there are lots of choices like waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal and oatmeal, but not much choices for someone watching carbs. there was scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage Pattie’s.

my only complaint is the bathroom had no fan and it was a bathtub shower, but the bathtub was really deep, thank God they had installed a handicap grab bar by the shower to hold on to as you step in and out. we stayed in room 103 and the tub’s rubber strips were just about worn off the bottom making it really slippery.

Very clean, wonderful staff, liked how the bedroom was separated from living area.

Parking spaces were very tight, interior lobby/stairs looked a little dated like it need to be updated, and breakfast was meh

Generally very clean, great location just next to the mall and go cart/mini golf, jacuzzi tub, hot breakfast with sausage and eggs

Convenient access to highways. Shuttle to downtown. Very friendly, professional staff!! In fact the staff was exceptional! Near Opryland and Opry Mills mall. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it pool looked good. Comfy bed. Quiet. Shower was GREAT!!

My only complaint was the bathroom floor. Everything else seemed clean and in working order. But when I cleaned up some spilled water on the bathroom floor with a washcloth, it was pretty dirty. Maybe they just missed it as every thing else was very good. I would stay there again without hesitation.

A very kind and friendly staff. A very clean room, lobby overall facility. Renovations going on but it was still kept up well.

Our room was not cleaned one day due to an oversight, but the manager made up for it by giving us a break on our bill. Very fair of her.

The room was the perfect size, water pressure was AMAZING, the facilities were very clean, staff was welcoming, the breakfast was great (lots of options), AND there was a shuttle we didn't even realize!! The shuttle takes you downtown, ROUND TRIP, for $10. You can leave and be picked up at any time between 9a - 12:30p. This is amazing because last time I was in Nashville I stayed across the street from this hotel and I paid $30 each way when we wanted to uber downtown! SAVED A TON OF MONEY.

The young lady named Tamara at the front desk was extremely exceptional. I'm handicap so I was given the best room ever, the only thing I can say negative is when I reserved that room I was under the impression that it would have a door to the bedroom in which it did not. But anyway I was saying Tamara went above and beyond her duty. She made us feel so welcomed, she jumped in and helped my daughter push that cart that was loaded down and was so helpful and greeted us each time we came through, we give her 10 thumbs up, she is fantastic.

Like I said when I observed the room I was under the impression that the bedroom would have a door. That is why I reserved that particular room. I had my daughter and 17 month old grandson with me and that room was for them so she could have shut the "door" so he wouldn't be bothered when he was napping and at night time. But we did ok and the stay there was exceptional.

The room was clean. The food was good. The staff was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, efficient, and totally knowledgeable about or needs. They urged us to use the shuttle, which got us everywhere for $10 per person round trip. They are the epitome of southern charm. The room was comfortable and easy to stay in. All our needs were met. The television cable was plentiful, which is not always the case of many hotels.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
