The mattress felt too old, like starting to have whole in the middle. The room cleaning service they did the bed and brought clean towels, but the floors weren't cleaned. At 9am when I came down for breakfast the trays for eggs, bacon and potatoes were empty and there wasn't an employee checking the breakfast area so I couldn't ask if they will fill up the trays again. I couldn't try the breakfast. On my room refrigerator an ice cream was left inside, don't sure it was for a previous costumer, or a room service employee and the floor wasn't vacuumed. There wasn't a lot of dust, but I could tell that the floor wasn't clean. You guys need to pay attention about how clean the rooms are before costumer arrive.

The young man who was supposed to be taking care of the desk never seemed to be there when we walked up to the desk. He had to be summoned from the side room off of the desk area. Our only other complaint was the ac/heating in our never seemed to work. We needed the a/c when we arrived; however, a storm came through on our first night and weather became cooler. We did not need the room to be so cool but it never warmed up after attempting to adjust the thermostat.

The breakfast selections were very good; however, the cooking of things like the potatoes could be improved.

Super clean and great staff. The front desk person was really nice at check in. The coffee was good in the morning too. There is a smaller Buccees gas station in the same parking lot, and a McDonalds, and a Goodwill! I walked to those in the morning easily to kill a little time before leaving for an appointment. That was awesome.

I thought the walls were thin, regrettably, and I had a rough night when some other guests let their kids scream and dash down the hallway until 1am. Maybe some added sound stripping on the doors would help!

they waved a double booking because Booking.com informed me the day before I left they changed my dates.. They were very happy not to double charge me because of your slow service and response.

there’s nothing to complain about, it’s a great property.

The rooms are nice in size and pretty nice. I stayed here for a concert at Smart Financial Centre and it was easy going back and forth from the venue. Also not a lot of traffic after the concert. The staff is nice. I love the mirror light in the bathroom.

Rooms are humid and a little hot. At home I set AC at 79 but here it's set to 71. I'm from Houston so I'm used to the heat, but the humid room made my socks feel icky. Also day 2 breakfast was extremely lacking. It looked like leftover food from the day before.

The fitness center was closed, unfortunately. Plus there was a large group that took up residence inside the entry and pool area, so couldn't enjoy these areas. Then at breakfast, had to squeeze between the "large" tribe now not moving from breakfast area, except for the small few who broke to run between elevators and the room a few doors down from mine. The popcorn was still in the hallway, that had been dumped from elevators, hallway & to their rooms, from last night. Popcorn had been cleaned from elevators but still in hallway. Could not get in ti the hot food for breakfast.

Rita and LaLa (night time) who work the front desk are wonderful. They quickly accommodated any needs that I had and answered all of my questions. Everything was handled quickly and with a smile😁💯👍The pool was probably my and my daughters favorite amenity. The bed is super cozy and soft. Like a giant cloud to sleep on. The towels were like drying off with fluffs of cotton. We were sick for our second day here but extended our stay and will check out the gym today as well as the local stores. Buckee's was cute and my daughter had her standard chicken nuggets from McDonalds. The Goodwill store had some interesting finds and I will be back by there soon. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

I always love this property. They always be fair and the treaty real nice the front desk as well.

I like about this property is is quiet you don’t hear a lot of noise  other guess it’s pretty awesome I really like it

i stayed during the great winter storm of Feb 2021. no electricity or internet for 36+ hours, not the hotels fault. the staff, Jessica and night audit man, were very nice and patient. They were stuck at the hotel and yet continued to be very professional. look forward to returning when there is electricity.

Our stay was excellent, very friendly staff

The bed linens are extremely old. after so many washing, sheets get tiny cotton lint balls all over sheets. First I thought the bed sheets were dirty, because they were so rough. Asked for another set, changed them out, those sheets too were the same, just not as rough. just time to order new bed sheets
