Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston Stafford Sugar Land

Upon arrival the front desk advised that due to remodeling, they did not have a two queen sized room like I had reserved. She informed me that because of the inconvenience they would give us an adjoining room at no extra cost that was a suite. Out family has never experienced service the way that this property provided. I want to personally say thank you for your incredible hospitality and making our stay very enjoyable.

We did not have any complaints.

the bed was horrible it was like sitting on two top mattresses. you sat on it and it went to the floor like there was no box spring on it. very disappointed on that part...the foot of the bed was normal but the part where you lay down on sit on the side of the bed was too the floor :(

very clean beautiful landscaping and when you enter the hotel a beautiful fireplace greets you. The fitness center was very private and clean also. it was too cold to use the pool. Our suite was very nice comfy bed and a huge bathroom

I have no complaints

Considering we are living post Co-Vid times, most hotels have a limited not cooked free breakfast. This hotel provides a handy large serving tray that was in each room which served as your no contact tray to bring down to the lobby and receive the to-go breakfast to eat in the privacy of your room. The limited menu didn't matter because the eggs were delicious, and were paired with very tasty breakfast potatoes and sausage! They also provided a good selection of dry cereal, yogurt, and of course milk, juice, and coffee. Upon arrival to check in, the room that I had previously book was not available, but one more than comparable was offered with a $20 discount that was very appreciated! The room was clean and roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. We all said that we would definitely be staying at this hotel if we came back to the Houston area. Thanks for providing a very comfortable place to sleep for the night!!!

Everything was good and clean great location !

I wish they had bigger trash cans in the rooms or even trash cans in the halls or by elevators. Staying with a family and 4 nights,trash gets full fast and with no housekeeping or someone to pick up the trash made it hard.

Booked it remotely from Boston for my sister's family during the winter storm situation. Emily, the front desk receptionist was Sooper helpful right from the booking phone call. She also helped me with extending the stay and never made me feel that I was 2000 miles away. Thanks once again for helping us in these hard times.

Ants on the table but I think it's okay. They might also be looking for food during this unusual weather conditions. :=)

We didn’t eat the breakfast

No one told me about the housekeeping situation because of COVID. That was not the problem but when I visited the front desk and asked for something to clean the tub he tells me he can have housekeeping do it tomorrow. I need it that day I was checking out tomorrow, so I’m just saying if you’ll are only cleaning room upon request I think that should be communicated to the guest and also have cleaning supplies readily available if a guest is in need of something right than and not have to wait until the next day

safe quiet location, free parking & well lighted; very clean well arranged and decorated lobby with soft music- feels like home, good hot breakfast/menu changes daily, soft clean bed, friendly staff; will stay here again

I did not like the breakfast. I know the problem is because of COVID. But Homewood suites usually have good meals

The shuttle is only available 24 hours in advance. I thought that was very inconvenient. So I never was able to take advantage of using it. It should have a driver available at all times
