1. The rooms - clean and spacious. The staff was changing our towels everyday and the sheets every other day. 2. The breakfast - although they were cooking the same things every morning, there were many options so you get to eat every day smth different. We loved especially the freshly baked chocolate or jam-filled croissants, but we had to wait a bit to get them as they werent so many like the other things. 3. The staff is very friendly and responsive in case you need anything.

The hotel, the restaurant and the staff were great, but the beach itself could be maintained a bit better and maybe change some of the sunbeds 😉

Hotel is way above my expectations. It is located literally 20 meters off the beach. All facilities look brand new. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. AC worked great. Staff is so kind, fast in their tasks, and speaked english very good.

The only thing I didn't like is the lack of parking space. Parking isn't well organised. They would call you to move your car, or leave your keys on the reception, so that they can move a car when needed.

Food was ok, but it could use a bit more variety. The beach itself is only a couple of meters away from the hotel. As I mentioned earlier free car parking is available. There is also a small store close to the hotel where you can buy some basic stuff.

The receptionist - she’s in school but fluent in English. Made my stay so easy, she was fantastic.

Big nice rooms , 10 meters from the beach , Wi-Fi works perfectly! Staff very professional and welcoming! They have a restaurant on the hotel which does very good food , I’m totally happy with my stay in Bella Vista hotel , thanks to all the staff and see you again !

The staff was very helpful and kind, we like the fact that they are very young but proffesional. They were very warm and pacient with little kids. Food was extradinary,we tried different meals ,but very tastefull. Very good thing is that Hotel has own parking, beach is very close,hospitalty is on and beyond.

The fact that we could not exchange BAM ,money from Bosnia and Herzegovina. But as far as concern the Hotel everything is very good.

All in all we had a really nice experience. The staff is friendly and speak english, the hotel is nice and clean, private beach is really close and included in the price. I recommend it 100% to visit.

Breakfast could have been better, but it was decent. By the time we get there (you can go between 8-10) most of the food are cold as they don't have heater under. Sometimes the cleaning ladies didn't understand the sign to not to disturb.

The staff was wery friendly, the hotel was clean and the elevatoér wasnt noisey at all + nice and clean beach and the you can use the hotels bads and umbrellas

Parking + there are no glasses in our room so we had to buy plastic glasses+ please replace the balcony “chairs” those chairs are ridiculusse..

Hotel was perfect, everything was clean, personnel was very pleasant and unobtrusive, ideal location near the sea. I'd recommend this hotel for my friends and would like to visit it again.

Breakfasts, unfortunately, were poor. There is no shower on the beach.
