For a single room it had a good space, there was fridge freezer and tv in a room and further in toilet with the shower. All you need on holiday. The air-conditioning was good it kept me nice and cool at night. Lady and gentlemen that look after the place was really nice, even I didn't speak any albanian they tried to communicate and help me.

I wish there was plates, cups and cutlery in a room as I had to find them for my self in a different vacant room.

On arrival the Chicago is not a hotel,from the outside in a slightly down market,busy street,there's just a large metal red gate,so don't look for a big hotel! It appears closed down then while you're stood looking through the gate,a local lady called Arta comes out to greet you as she lives next door.she doesn't speak much English but you manage,she unlocks the gate and shows you the rooms,Rooms are basic bed was a bit firm.no duvet but a big blanket in a wardrobe to sleep under the blanket.No food available.we parked our car on the drive which is secure for 500 Leke.which is four pounds.Neighbourhood not very nice

The hotel is in a good location in central Fier. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with arranging a taxi to Apollonia. The room was a good value. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a simple, clean, reasonably priced room.

Lovely big room, lots of storage space, Great lighting, mirror, comfortable bed, very clean, proper shower cubicle, great location, nice shared outside seating area, friendly and helpful staff.

Spotlessly clean with modern fixtueres refrigerator in room, microwave and coffee/tea making material on the hall. Washing machine available with drying line in the garden. Few stairs. Friendly welcoming hosts. Grocery store right across the street.

Small room. Access gate a bit difficult to handle. Rooster and chicken in the garden are noisey.

A nice low key place that works well after a visit to the beach and the Apollonia ruins.

So based on the website, I selected this place because it said free secure parking and I have a rental car that I am responsible for damages to. On arrival in the evening, the main lady said immediately that no, free parking is only outside their compound on the street, and it is 5 Euros to pull into their secure area. Based on principle, I would not accept that and told the lady it was fine, as long as she canceled my booking on booking.com, since she is the one that changed the terms of the reservation agreement, not me, and I was fine finding something else. She was not so happy but relented, so we stayed. But this kind of thing does poison the atmosphere a bit.

Host was very nice and welcoming. Exactly as in the pictures. Room was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Fier!

Right next to the bus station for Apollonia , levan (to continue trip to girokastër). Washing machine available (bring own soap).

A little incomprehension on the method of payments on booking.com as When i booked the reservation stated my credit card was going to be charged. But at the hotel i was asked to pay cash.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Location is very close to buses to Apollonia and close to supermarket and restaurants. Nice and quiet location. Credit cards are accepted.

There is a small charge for using a credit card. This is not a problem for me but I was unaware of this until it was taken.

Had good shower. Staff was super nice and let us use their parking spot.

Odd chemical smell. Bed was all springs.
