The hotel is close to the center, very clean, beautifully decorated and fragrant. The service is extremely pleasant, friendly especially at the reception (Altin and the second gentleman). They always helped me and explained things to me. They have city maps at the reception and speak very good English. Very good breakfasts. Next time I will definitely choose the same hotel. Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful people. Stayed here twice and was perfect. Great location only 10 minutes walk from Skanderbeg square. The hotel is spotless and rooms comfortable. I was able to leave my bags before and after checkout and they accepted credit card.

The ambiance, the aesthetics, the cleanliness, the accommodating, friendly and welcoming staff and the location. Klajdi ordered me a pizza when I was tired and hungry after exploring the city (it was great and huge!) and Altin made me two delicious cappuccinos the next morning before I had to depart. He also printed my bus tickets!

My room was beautiful, but whoever was above me decided to slide their furniture across the floor late at night (between 11 p.m. and midnight) and very early the next morning (6 a.m.) I think part of this hotel's bottom floor is beneath an apartment building.

The staff and decor were excellent. The bed and facilities were very comfortable and the room was good sized. The reserved free parking was also very convenient and secured. The included breakfast was okay. The location was great with only a 15 min walk to the major sights and the neighborhood is quiet.

The entrance was a little hard to find as the street that the entrance actually is on does not exist on Google maps, however this is not their fault but a few guiding signs around the building would help. The bathroom was a little small. Some of the fixtures needed some repairs but all were minor inconveniences.

A very clean and well decorated room, and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, fantastic fast WiFi even just outside the hotel. A good few English TV channel's, a quiet cosy place easybto locate off a main road and only 6 minutes walk to the main square. A very good and plentiful set breakfast provided!!!! Very well decorated all around the hotel in a very arty style

Not a proper double bed, but 2 singles pushed together with a sheet holding them together, only 1 hot drink with breakfast, any other to be paid for €1.50. No tea or coffee or water in the room. The breakfast seating had sofas by the wall, and it made it dilfficult to eat breakfast as you are so low down, and only 10 seats available at any one time.

Very nice, helpfull and friendly staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help the customers. Everyday a clean room. Closed parking garage at the hotel, this is even free of charge. We arrived early before check in time and they allowed us to use the garage already at no extra cost! Local breakfast with every morning a peace of delicious home made cake! Good coffee at breakfast. Made with a real coffee machine as in a good coffeeshop. 24/7 somebody at the reception for all your services. Eventough it's in the centre of the city it's a quit hotel. We had very good sleep!

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a good central location in Tirana. The design is superb, a feeling you're a guest in an art museum. The room was big and super cozy, something about it was giving home comfort feeling. I totally loved the vintage concept and design. The bed was one of the most comfortable I ever slept on. The guy at the reception was so nice and friendly. I truly had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back and recommend!

The shower is small and was a bit uncomfortable. The facilities are a bit old.

The reception staff were very professional and spoke fluent English. They answered queries and offered me a printed map of central Tirana. It was my third visit to the country and they were happy to talk about the culture. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and lots of small touches like extra cushions. Definately recommend! A 6 minute walk to Skanderburg Square and the museums. Extremely powerful air-conditioning unit too. They looked after my luggage for free so I could visit the Bank of Albania Museum and the Women's Museum. I picked my suitcase up before catching the 18:00 airport bus.

The bathroom is a bit small and the shower is not enclosed on all sides so the floor gets covered in water. No problem though - it drained away quickly and dried in the heat!
