The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very complete and delicious with a lot of options. We booked this accommodation on the last day of our trip to Albania and we wanted to rest so it was the perfect choice. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to Tirana centre (for only 40 lek). Staff was really nice and offered us a welcome drink as soon as we arrived. The restaurant on the hotel is very good and cheap as well. The bar zone is also very pleasant, there was smooth music playing and the sofa was very comfortable. We would definitely book again!

The staff(reception and Restaurant) were all very nice, polite, smiling and helpful all the time. The location is a little far from the city center, however the great thing is that right outside the hotel doors there's a bus stop to the city (very cheap by the way and safe) also you have taxis passing by or request a taxi with the reception. The room was gorgeous big and had an inside hot tub 😎, the bed was big and very clean and neat as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is really fresh and the coffee they can do it right away fresh for the ones that like any type of coffee. In resume yes I like it all and definitely recommend and if ever in Tirana again I'll go with them again for sure.

Things that I didn't like in my visit to Albany has not relation to the hotel at all. The hotel was all great.

The bed was very comfortable, staff very helpful, bus stop to the city centre at doorstep.

As I was checking in very late, I asked if it was possible to find some food ready at arrival (some fruit would have done the job) but was refused the request with the excuse that they only served breakfast. The next morning, they had a basket of fruit at the bar that was going rotten that could have been given to us. The next day, there was a gentleman making an order for room service for (food supply) at the reception desk, which was being fulfilled by the receptionist. Did I miss something? 🤔

Amazing stay at the hotel, top services!Good value for money! Very nice rooms, clean, very good breakfast and all staff friendly and welcoming. City centre is at walking distance of 30-40 min, on the way you get to enjoy beautiful streets of Tirana with it's shops and very beautiful buildings. I recommend staying at Hotel Deluxe, you won't regret it! I had a wonderful 27h stay in Tirana, the hospitality industry here knows to treat customers / tourists very well, from the taxi driver to the hotel and the restaurants from city centre, it makes you want to come back for your holidays. Just to make sure you don't have a bad experience with taxies you can ask hotel staff to order one for you or you can use VrapOn Taxi app but you need to have cash. Airport is quite far from city, expect to pay 17€-20€.

The staff were so helpful and couldnt do enough to accomodate us. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fresh. The best things about this hotel has to be the staff. There aas no kettle in the room but when asked it was brought straight away. We were able to check in early without any issues. The bed was huge! Very spacious rooms.

Construction site around the hotel which we wasn't aware of. The bathroom was a wet mess after showering as the shower isnt situated correctly to ensure it doesn't spray out of the tray, but this was easily managed with towels .

The room was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable.

The parking. Although there were major road works right outside the property the parking at times was not easy on the cobbled road and there was a worry the hired car would get chipped or windows would break from flying stones as cars drove past. This is no fault of the hotel its just bad timing I suppose that there were toad works taking place at the time of my visit.

Very good facilities with all the basics. Comfortable room and bed. Big bathroom. There’s also free parking in front of the hotel.

The location isn’t great if you want to visit the city but it wasn’t a bad thing for us since we booked this hotel the night before leaving Tirana/go to the airport - in that case, the location is good because it’s on the way to the airport. We booked two twin rooms and unfortunately the beds are separated. They only upgraded one room, which is a bit unfair to the other couple.

The breakfast was really tasty, we enjoyed it, juices are fresh, coffee is also delicious. There was variety of food to choose from, hot, cold, sweet and salty. Everyone will have sth for them :)

Some of places were a little bit destroyed, like doors were scratched, handle to wardrobe was loosen, and the shelf in the bathroom was not steady. Also the window felt like it couldn’t close so we could hear everything from the outside, and there is a road with construction work but it didn’t bother us.

We enjoyed our stay, it was literally 10 minutes or less from the centre of Tirana by taxi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we had a huge sofa as well, clean and beautiful.

The only thing we did not like at all was the breakfast, the breakfast was very poor and it was the same food every day and no many options available. The hotel was around a lot of construction work at the time we visited.
