I booked a twin room and was upgraded to a huge room with king size bed, comfy chair and balcony. The furnishings were beautiful and the room was immaculate. Dinner in the restaurant was very reasonably priced and delicious, and the free hotel breakfast offered fried, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages, cheeses, cereals, pastries and more! The staff was wonderful and my stay exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here.

We liked how the hotel communicated with us throughout the booking process and when we arrived at airport. They swiftly collected us in the early hours of the morning (Wizzair always get in late!) and quickly checked us in and got us settled into our rooms. We had 2 connecting rooms, that separated us from the rest of the hotel by a large door. Perfect for a family. The rooms were gorgeous designed and had everything you needed. Lovely large shower and large comfortable beds. We slept well, although do expect traffic noise. The Owner of the hotel, owns the petrol station attached and it is located on a main road. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice of foods. both hot and cold and they made a delicious coffee. It is good service and good value for money, and a great modern and comfortable place to stay when coming in / travel out of Tirana. Check out was great too, and I believe they let us check out up to 11am. The hotel kindly arranged car hire for us as we were travelling and staying in another part of Albania. They do expect the car to be returned cleaned outside and in, which we have never experienced in Europe as would not expect to spend your last day of holiday cleaning a car. Not being aware of the policy, we had protected the interior from sand etc anyway so returned it in the condition we received it and was all OK in the end, but something to take note of. As we hired a car with them, they also dropped us back to the airport.

The hotel was great! Only gripe was the car cleaning, which they have on site too so cannot understand why they just don't prep car for next guest to hire and include it in the price of the hire. There is a petrol station every few KMs but we had always planned to fill up to full at the hotels petrol station anyway.

The location was perfect for an early flight out of Tirana - very close to the airport. The check in process was very efficient and staff was very helpful in setting up an airport shuttle for the morning. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, a gas station is just in front, and a car was is also in front - and we needed both before we turned in our rental so this was super convenient. The room was extremely nice, had everything we needed, and the beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Value for money, in house restaurant and site is located inside the gas station in case you need to refuel your car, big cofee shop and mini market. 3 KM away from Tirana's Airport. Overall, the hotel is very good and staff are friendly and willing to help at all times. Definetely recommend this hotel if your want to stay in Tirana and have your own car to avoid long distance transportation costs

A little bit far from the city center. You may have no issue if you have your own car. Otherwise it will be expensive to get around. No safety box, fridge, and or laundry service is available

Everything! The rooms are very stylish and have a great toilet and auper comfy bed. The breakfast is amazing with great cappuccino. Room service is very very good, the food is delicious and not expensive. Also the workers are extremely nice, polite and helpful. I recommend you stay here to go to the airport as it is very very close! The place is amazing, the only thing I would say it was jot spotless clean. It was not dirty and it was clean but not spotless (saying this as a way to help improve, not a critique)

It’s really good value for money and very close to the airport, with all the services a good hotel must have. the room was nice, modern and beautiful decorated, very comfortable and very clean. They were very attentive and contact us earlier to confirm check in, even though checking in is 24/7, so we were relaxed with our arrive time. we also dinner at their restaurant and they have a big wood oven we’re they make very good looking pizzas. we tried other specialities recommended by the manager, that was really welcoming and helpful. Great dinner and a even better breakfast with a lot of variety and fresh products, served from 7am which is very important for people that are going to depart early in the airport. We totally recommend!

Everything! Was able to secure a rental car right onsite. Airport shuttle convenient. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was simple but wonderful. The cafe next door open 24 hours a delightful option in case I needed anything after hours. The staff was FANTASTIC! Kind, professional, friendly, attentive and made you feel at home.

LORD Hotel was the first contact we had with an albanese place and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable, we found a great place to rest and start our trip. We arrived after 1AM but that was not an issue since the hotel had 24h check in, then they let us have a late check out. Breakfast was very good, restaurant was great and the whole staff was super nice. Will definitely pick this place whenever I come back to Tirana.

Very good quality of the room for roadside hotel - quality materials and equipment used. Also good price compared with the quality. Room was quiet, cooling worked well. Service was nice - guys on the desk were helpful and guided us to the nearest market when we needed some stuff.

Breakfast could have been better. Unfortunately food which should be kept warm wasn't it. Seems to be quite common in Albania. Also would be good if there would be possibility to buy toothbrush and other elementary hygene products. Our luggage was lost and we got what we needed next morning from the small market other side of the road. Floor could have been litter more cleaner - there were strange paper napkins on the floor.

An excellent option to stay close to the airport! I was actually really surprised because the night value is pretty fair and the experience they offer is truly superior. The hotel seems to be brand new and you can count on a big comfortable bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, TV, and a very refreshing shower. The staff is very kind and supportive, and for a small fee (per way, not per person) you’re taken to the airport at anytime. I love the experience and how it ends any bias people might have against airport hotels, because this one is as good as any great hotel in a touristic point. Will for sure be my option in the future again!
