The location is very good! The hotel is not at the "European" Ibis level, but close. Still, it is a European chain hotel, so in many aspects the stay there was more pleasant than in some higher-priced locally owned hotels elsewhere in Algeria. And the reception staff does speak English.

The heating control was broken, fortunately, it was set up for the right temperature so it did not cause any discomfort. Late-night arrival was strange because Ibis reception was closed and we had to check in through Novotel. Besides this no issues.

Having stayed at Ibis hotels before this, this Ibis had all the usual facilities and room as expected. The buffet breakfast also offered adequate choices sufficient for those foreign guests used to English style breakfasts. The location was very good being virtually in the centre of Constantin and access to the gorge and bridges that Constantine is known for. Given the rate and locations I believe this Ibis was very good value.

The night staff could have been a bit more responsive to requests for towels and TV remote that were missing from the room.

The dinner and breakfast buffet are amazing! the food is awesome and we especially liked the potatoes in the dinner buffet. The staff at the hotel was really nice and always helpful.

We wish the windows had screens - made the mistake of opening the window and sleeping was impossible because of the terrible mosquitoes that came in. Also - the hotel is good but the shower in my room could really use an update.

Loved the place, bang in the center, could walk to everywhere. The room was cozy, functional and had nice view from the window. The wifi was fine, breakfast was quite nice with a hot and cold spread.

A fridge in the room would have been nice!

Noufel, the réception agent was the best agent ever of all the Ibis hôtels I have been to. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and always smiling. Merci pour tout Mr Noufel. Je reviendrai.

I thank very much the head of security, Mr. Fares, and all the tires that work with him. They helped me in many things. I hope in the near future to stay in the same hostel due to the skilled workers, accommodation and professionalism in the hostel.
