Rooms are quite big. Clean and well maintained. Location is good. May restaurants and shops nearby.

It is a pretty nice location in downtown Buenos Aires. The Hotel is staffed 24 hrs. with easy access to the building. It is clean.
The hotel bills itself as a 4 star hotel and the reality of it is that it is far from it. Its rates are high and the relationship quality/price is not very good. The beautiful illustrations that this hotel puts in websites don't really reflect the reality of the building which is old and in need of severe repairs. Additionally, its staff needs to be trained on the policy of paying in dollars or in pesos because there seems to be a great deal of confusion on the subject.

The location is very good - you can walk easy anywhere you want. Close to the center - everything.
I was very dissapointed that I could not pay the hotel by credit card and the discussion about paying in US dollars or Pessos was little unfortunate...

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
It is a run down hotel that I booked deceived by the pictures. From the moment you enter the lobby is like entering a house of terror. The rooms are not only outdated but poorly maintained; chipped paint on the walls, toilets and lights that don’t work, mould in the shower, stained sheets and towels, uncomfortable bed, and the list goes on…
