They had a very complete breakfast in the upstairs dining room with a view. Our room also had a great view over the main city square. The air conditioning worked well as did the WIFI. Everyone in reception was very helpful. It couldn't have a better location overlooking the main square. We walked everywhere in this world class city. Above all the price was right!

breakfast terrible - little besides bread, cake and cereal (despite a very friendly lady working there), staff had no English, across about 7 or 8 employees - despite their marketing the hotel in English as well as Spanish. No safe in the room, no working AC in the room.

the only thing i liked about this hotel was the location - very central
It was one of the worst hotels I had stayed in for many years. It was old, dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. Cockroaches were present in the room. When I informed the receptionist about it, their response was that they couldn't take any action. The toilet would leak every time I flushed it, and the furniture seemed to be older than I am. This place should only be considered if the alternative is sleeping on the street.
